From NBC's Ken Strickland
Democratic Sen. Tim Johnson's office has issued a statement on his status.  He remains in critical condition in intensive care.  He "is
recovering as expected from brain surgery and his brain pressures continue to be in the normal range," Anthony Caputy, M.D., Chairman, Department of Neurosurgery, at the George Washington University Hospital.  "Senator Johnson is sedated to allow his systems to rest and recover from the hemorrhage and we anticipate no further tests or procedures in the near future," says Vivek Deshmukh, MD, neurosurgeon.  "This is expected to continue through the holidays."

I for one am happy to hear Sen. Johnson is recovering. I wish he and his family a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
i wish that not only every american but every person in the world had the excellent health care that sen. johnson is recieving. a true merry christmas
good one mike...there are a lot of 'families on foot' in America, and the rest of the world. Small tribes not served by medicine men. Go Red Cross, Go Unicef, Merry X-Mas.
While one of our Senators is healing, I do not think he knows that The Veterians Administration is making sure the conscription process is up to date.More warships, speeding away, supposedly to tell Iran, to stop IT. More troops on the way and the Vet Administration making sure the conscription process is working.(THE DRAFT). It is a very lonely place when a loved one is sitting in a hospital bed. Recover soon, Senator. We need you and hope you recover soon.
Sounds Fishy To Me, How Convienent If He Should Die For The Bush Crime Family..
It is worth noting that the usual "christian evangelical" infidels, James Dobson, Pat Robertson, Jerry Falwell, and their ilk, have been conspiciously absent from publicly offering "prayers" for Senator Johnson. As if we needed more evidence of these tax exempt frauds, preying on true believers....here it is. Every opportunity should be taken to expose these fakes, using Scripture to justify their Bible mocking behavior.
I'm sorry Koy, but are the usual liberal christian infidels, the Rev Al Sharpton and the Rev Jesse Jackson offering prayers?
I think it is funny that libs always point out that we should keep church and state separate, except when one of their candidates is campaigning from a church pulpit in Harlem or Detroit.
