Hillary's campaign song finalists

From NBC's Mark Murray
The Clinton campaign has announced the finalists in its campaign theme song contest: KT Tunstall's "Suddenly I See," Shania Twain's "Rock This Country!" U2's "Beautiful Day," The Temptations' "Get Ready," and Smash Mouth's "I'm a Believer. The campaign also lists the top write-in candidates, which include Tina Turner's "The Best" and the Police's "Everything Little Thing She Does Is Magic."

To announce this, the campaign includes a video of Hillary going over some of the more bizarre entries via YouTube. The video shows off her humor -- something the campaign wants voters to see.

Hillary's campaign theme ought to be "Hail to The Chief".....because if she gets the nomination, she'll win the election and EVERYONE knows it. (That's why republiCANTS hate her and FEAR her so much.)
Let me get this straight. This country is in a constitutional crisis and you think that an important story is the selection of a campaign song?
I hope this is not the most pressing matter in vieing for the Presidency!
Having just been in New Orleans, she needs to make Katrina recovery a plank in her platform, with the theme song, "Do You Know What It Means...To Miss New Orleans?"
What happened to "She Came in Through the Bathroom Window"?
all nominating hillary will do is ensure guliani and steve forbes are in the white house in 08, edwards can win in 08, no other dem has a chance, just the way it is
My suggestion was "I'm a loser" by the beatles. I loved Rush's suggestion of "baby got back". If all she has to do today is try to pick out her song, she really has bigger problems then I thought.
Not KT Tunstall! I'm a big fan of KT Tunstall and if I have to hear one of her songs be used to promote Hillary I'll be very upset. Uhg.
Jim Stafford's song, "My Girl, Bill" captures the conservative viewpoint that a Hillary presidency will simply be a repeat -- albeit a more-liberal repeat -- of a Bill Clinton presidency.
MUSIC TO MY EARS...HILLARY CLINTON THE FIRST WOMEN PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES !
jerry.....what's your theme song "I'm proud to be an Okie from Muskokie"? (BULL****) Ha Ha....Rush (The Drug Addict) Limbaugh.....yeah, thats about your speed. Go back to watching your cartoons, and drooling on yer' Momma's aprin strings.
ooops.....that would be APRON strings. Ha Ha
Campaign Song? How about "Who'll Stop the Rain" CCR ..................................................... This is the KIA list for May...88 more. J. Merle..I think it's Muskogee. Love that song!
Thanks Gary for the reminder that these are PEOPLE not NUMBERS.
For every name on Gary's list of fallen there are families left behind who greive their loss. Freinds too. Thats alot of names. Not numbers. Thanks Gary.
I prefer "She's no lady, she's my wife" by Lyle Lovett
What happened to the Bitch is Back? that is a perfect song for her. She is a bitch that never, ever just leaves us alone
I just saw Hillary's video on her website. It was funny. I like Hilllary. I know the others are good too, Biden is so smart, Edwards so decent, Obama is inspiring, Richardson so down to earth, Wesley Clark I love, Dodd is right on, Kuscinich is correct, Gravel is for real, I miss Mark Warner! All the Dems...so great!
Amy--Isn't it striking and sad that the more correct and for real the candidate is the less electable they are?
Jerry- Leave it to Rush to use this opportunity to throw out some chauvenistic insult. I love it, keep showing your true colors.. conservatives!
Gary, Yes, it's striking and sad. And downright pathetic. Americans would prefer a cheerleeder who tells them pretty lies, than a real stateman/or statesWOMAN who has the experience, intelligence and ability to tell it like it is and LEAD.
After reading about the Clintons working for a guy that sells lists so people can steal from Alzheimers people, I can also add "Gypsies, Tramps, and Thieves" by Cher
"He Ain't Heavy----He's My Husband!" :)
Hello Dolly, Hello Dolly, Hello Dolly...how could anybody not see the obvious answer to Hillary's Theme song? Did I say it should be, Hello Dolly?
Thanks Gary, My husband, Cpl. Charles O Palmer is on your list. I appreciate that. Tanya
Yeah, how about Angel of Death by Slayer.
