Yeahhhh, that's a pretty good indicator that his campaign is in trouble.
LOOKS LIKE THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE WHO ARE GOING TO TURN OUT TO VOTE FOR THE REPUBLICANS. HA..HA !
was this during the speech, or during practise?
"The Republican party ,it's over". Thanks G.W. ! we owe it all to you, "mission accomplished".
REPUBLICANS TALK...WHO CARES ?
THE REP UB LIC AN  PARTY, A PARTY OF VALUES, WHICH SUCK.
I only counted 9 people.  Are you sure this wasn't a Ron Paul speech?
loved the photo....Laughed out loud! Who is Brownback kidding. Oh yeah the 10 people in the audience.
I'AM NOT GAY.HOWEVER THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THAT.
And most of these people don't seem to be paying attention to Brownback.
Putting party aside -- exactly why do candidates go to New Hampshire anyway? Any candidate would get better attendance in a more populous state. This is one primary that should be made irrelevant. It is one of the least representative (of the makeup of the country) states; both for conservatives and liberals.
What Bush's photo-ops would look like were it not for his hand-picked cheerleaders and mandatory military formations created by his handlers and enablers.  The current crop of Republican candidates are nothing but Bush redux, Fred included.
Pathetic!

I think it really mean to post this picture.  Senator Brownback is a good, decent and moral man.  He doesn't deserve this kind of treatment.

I really WISH the MSM, this includes MSNBC treated Hillary Clinton like the mortal she is.  Why do you people continue to gloss over all her lies?  Yet, you do this to Senator Brownback.
You're all what's wrong with this country.  Hate him because he's an arrogant jerk, not his party affiliation.
Go repub go! Bush might get this group when he leaves office.
I don't think it's fair for the media to be posting a picture like this. Who is to say that this is representative of all of Brownback's planned meetings? Seeing this may discourage some people who would otherwise have supported Brownback
One of the funniest I have seen in a little while. Who are the audience? Campaign staff? family members?  paid audience? GW has finished the GOP.
The strongest social conservative candidate running for his party nomination which is dominated by the social conservatives can not get ten people in the room to listen to his message. When did the world turned upside down
Sen. Brownback knew his campaign was in trouble when he went to Green Bay, WI, and couldn't stop talking about Peyton Manning.
Save me a seat.
Please, turn off the lights. The Republican party is over. Thanks Karl Rove.
Give they guy a break, you gotta admire his resolve to actually stay.
Looks like a huge crowd compared to the gathering of people at our republican fund raiser at the fair.
You know, this actually peaks my interest in the guy.  If this was the actual event, and not a rehearsal or check, how many candidates can you think of who would have stayed and talked to the few that came?  I imagine most others would have been embarassed and made up some excuse to cancel.  This photo shows commitment and determination and that he values individuals more than campaign strategy.
There were more people on stage in the first few Republican debates than there are in Brownback's audience.  It raises an interesting question, though: what happens when there are less Republican voters than there are Republican candidates?  Looks like we're going to find out pretty soon at the rate things are going.
You didn't count the ones in the mens room.  Elevator9
And Hillary Clinton's crowd isn't hand picked either?  Please. . . .

I think it's pretty sad that this picture is being used when it we don't know how many people other candidates have drawn--those not in the tabloids every week, that is. This isn't about Republicans and lack of support--it's about a picture of which the circumstances are behind the crowd (or lack there of) are not fully explained. All of you cheering. . let's see how hard you cheer when the Dems put together a candidate package that will, in no way, win--despite how much the media totes them. Because there are voters who out their who actually read something other than the bias reports on MSNBC
"piques"
The really sad thing is that major elections are slowly being restricted to the reps or dems who can get their names bank rolled into notoriety.  With today standards,
Abraham lincoln would have never gotten out of the gate in a presidential race...really sad because everybody loses
I've never seen such bitterness and hate so early in a campaign season.  If you folks are this mean now, what are you going to be like in October '08?

Of course, I realize now that you might be examples of people who are emotionally troubled and don't know how to be nice.
Life imitating art.  Remember Robert Redford in The Candidate giving a speech to a hall with about 5 farmers in it?
boy, if ANYTHING good can be said of bush's disasterous 8 years....its gotta be that- depending on how many really stupid voters are left out there- we can breath a sigh of relief from a well-deserved republican VACUUM on the way...

FYI, I was at a Ron Paul speech Friday night and there were over 1000 people there.  He is the only hope for the party, not that I care about it, and this country.
It's a shame that the media sways so much with the tide.  If they were on the side of the people, we may have been able to stop this war!  Remember when we had millions marching around the world, and it wasn't even covered on the news?  That being said, I'm so glad that they're finally seeing the republican party and it's band of self improving capitalists for what they are:  an army of a few, for a few!

Bring our boys back, let's make America something to be proud of again.  No more foreign oppression!!
Brownback is like Kucinich, or Gravel or Jim Gilmore (before he dropped out) or Tom Tancredo. No Hopers looking for a little pub, hoping it'll spur their careers.

I'm truly enjoying the hubris of the Democrats, though, 15 months before the general.  Do you think if a picture of a Gravel campaign were posted, it'd look much different than Brownback's?  It's indicative of Brownback, not of the GOP.  Have a look at Senator Clinton's negatives..approaching 50%. All this self-congratulations amongst the nutroots is a tad premature (isn't that so, President Gephardt?).
"I don't think it's fair for the media to be posting a picture like this. Who is to say that this is representative of all of Brownback's planned meetings? Seeing this may discourage some people who would otherwise have supported Brownback."

What, not fair according to the Faux News standard?

It most certainly IS 'fair' as it is representative of that particular event. Are you advocating censorship by not publishing legit photos? Would you prefer doctored up images instead?
RE:  "GW has finished the GOP".  From your mouth to God's ear.
Well, I find it interesting how people making comments here make general statements thinking the rest of the US population think the same way they do or even have the same opinion.  Well you're wrong and you shall find out.  Brownback is not the leader of the party and you know it would be different if the top two or three Reps were to appear.  The same would happen if Dem Gravel were to appear.  The Dems, have already made up their minds for Hillary and no one else can be heard.
No attacks on US, economy growing, unemployment down, low inflation. Darn Republicans, darn George Bush. What are the motives of people wanting to change?
Browback part of the MOOT party!
Relax Democrats, we will have the last laugh when you see us celebrating another 2008 Republician Presidental win...another oops for you guys.. ha ha
"Pathetic!

LOL! Why is it 'pathetic'? The picture shows 'truth', does it not? Seems to me you're not happy with that.

Is the truth 'pathetic'? Why or why not?

And what does the allegation you make that Brownback is a 'good, decent, and moral man' have ANYTHING to do with the photo?
Just goes to show how bias the media really is!!!!! The demos are just that---bias---
This country can not afford another term of the Clintons--BOTH ARE REAL JOKES!!!!!!!
MISSION ACCOMPLISHED
a party of hate..your ride of leadership won't last.  You lost the white house and congress during your liar..err I mean hero's reign. It will happen again.
PLEASE SPEAK UP I CAN'T HEAR YOU.
This is his fault!! I was invited to a meeting for him in Dallas. My family was TURNED DOWN because HE DID NOT WANT US TO BRING OUR CHILDREN!!  That was fine with me; I did NOT need to bring my support or MONEY either!!
IS EVEYONE IN THE "MENS ROOM" ? A REPUBLICAN PARTY
Hillarys crowd is no way hand picked. Both Clintons bring out massive crowds.Shes incredibly magnetic and powerful.
Actually, that was a bigger crowd than expected.
