Federal prosecutors in New York are expected to announce criminal charges against Democratic fundraiser Norman Hsu later today, sources tell WNBC.com. Hsu is expected to be charged with orchestrating a $60 million "Ponzi Scheme" and engaging in widespread campaign finance violations. Hsu has been a key Democratic Party fundraiser in recent years donating large amounts including to the campaign of Hillary Clinton.

There is other Hsu news today... The Los Angeles Times reports that Hsu "waived extradition in a Colorado courthouse and was expected to be returned to California as early as" today.

And the Washington Post writes, "Last night, a group of New York investors who entrusted Hsu with more than $40 million, believing they were financing a clothing venture, filed a lawsuit alleging that he cheated them out of their money."

Time to connect the dots.....

Woodstock founder gives $40 million to Norman Hsu....
Hillary gets a million dollar earmark for Woodstock Museum.....

If the woodstock guy had all that money, why would Hillary get him an earmark?......

Was the earmark a reward from Hillary for the woodstock guy giving money to Norman Hsu?.....

very interesting.....
Sounds like Hsu was into the regular greedy crime reasons..Money.  He is a criminal not a politician, hey is that an oxymoron?
Note to Hillary:  If you lie with dogs you'll get fleas.

Note to Hillary supporters:  Hillary will throw you under the bus for a dime.
This is definitely BAD PRESS for Hillary when people are starting to tune in into the campaign.
Life ain't easy for a boy named Hsu.
Hillary should resign in disgrace.
Get a grip OLAH! If the Crime Boss in the Wshit house has not resigned why would any one else.
The killing of American boys and Tillions of dollars wasted!
We are still waiting for crazy Craig to resign!
If Hillary had to give back all the dirty money she would be running her campaign on a Hsustring budget.
Look at his picture. He looks so sad. So forlorn.

Mr. Hsu you have been a bad boy.
A bad, bad, nasty boy...
Cost:

Bad publicity: 10 percentage point in the polls.

Bad donations: 1 million dollars, never earned anyway.

Bad earmarks: Nothing, taxpayers money.

Distraction from Hillary Healthcare $110,000,000,000 per year government pricetag: PRICELESS (unless your a taxpayer)
If the Hsu fits - wear it.
But don't expect this to get much media attention - since Rupert Murdoch is $upporting Hillary.  In another month- voters will still know more about John Edwards haircuts - than Hillary's insatiable greed and power.

This news won't go away. Follow the money and let see where it lead us. I am pretty sure there is more hidden stuff that we're not aware of.

How about Bill Clinton dealings with the India?  Media connect the ducts, there is somethhing not right about the Clintons. She refused to make all her dealings public, why?
Just more business as usual from the left.  Assume first act of Pres. Hillary or OObama will be full pardon for Norman and other political criminals from the left.
Just a guess that if you did a poll, most voters would not know or recognize Hsu's name. Just saying that I doubt this will have much influence in the election. Sad but true. It only means something to a few political junkies like us.
I am blown away that people are even surprised by this.............. it is how the Clinton's operate, just business as usual, nothing new!!
Hillary is going to have to find a way to get Hsu a poison pill before he starts naming names.
Hsu belongs in the same place as Abramoff...in jail. Period.  I have said many times, although I lean left, laws and rules apply to all.  All you repukes (actually, the entire country)shouldn't be gloating due to the massive problems that are in front of us.
And you repukes who continually bring up Clinton's term...get current; it's been almost 7 years since he left office.  Your babble means the dems will have their full sights on w the next 7 years, too.
Hsu fly pie, apple pan dowdy - I never get enough of that wonderful stuff.
Compared to the huge donations received by Bush in many ways that your Jerry stupid head couldn’t even understand, Hsu’s donation is insignificant in terms of amount as well as his intention.
Are you people kidding?  How many campaigns have the time, money and resources to look up everbody that contributes to them?  I believe the answer is none.  With some campaigns get 10 and 20 million dollars, that is several thousand people to look in the backgrounds for problems.  Does it make sense to look at everybody; repsectfully no.  I hope that I could say this about both sides of the isle as well as third party candidates.

Hsu's problem is just that, his own.  Granted it does reflect on everyone associated with him.  I do wonder how his lawyer got away with this; not telling his client to show up for a sentencing hearing.  I would, if I were Hsu attorney, not publize that fact.  Why has noone asked these questions?
So David what is your grand source of knowledge on Hsu's total donations and more importantly his intent?
Are you just blathering so you can mention President Bush, again? Your secret little crush is showing.
And your logic: That big bad dog (Bush) over there was pissing in the kool-aid, so why shouldn't my widdle little pug (Clinton) dog do it also. That's some deep thinking your doing down there. Did Ron Paul use up Texas's whole quota of Brains, Balls, Common Sense, and Decency?
The Romans had it running well for a long time, then pow they blew it. Every successful government lasts for a time and then expires. We always talk about learning from history, but refuse to pay head to our own retoric. The rise and fall of the American Nation may be the next historical subject our children could be reading if we do not wake up and do something about who, how and why we allow some of these ner do wells into public office.
China has used the Clinton's addiction to $$ since the buddaist monks gave $$ millions to their bagboy Gore. So why didn't U.S. Customs arrest Hsu when he came back from Honkong after fleeing U.S.? Name change?Bribes? I didn't see his name in Pardongate.Hus should be sentenced to South Central LA for life!!!
Winner of the best play on the name HSu "Steve Turner!"  Good one!
The real story here, for anyone willing to look into it, is the vast right-wing conspiracy.
Sounds like a Karl Rove employee.  This is clearly a set up by the republiscum
Looks like Hillary's hand has been caught in the cookey jar. I don't believe she did't know about this guy. Due to her status as a former First Lady she is constantly surrounded by Secret Service Agents who conduct backgroung checks on the people who are around her and would have known about that felony arrest warrant Hsu was running from !
HRC, don't pretend to be fair judge here to question my source. If you really care about how Bush got his donation money, go to search the name called "Jack Abramoff" in Google yourself. It seems to me that you smell some smoky gun in this brog. If Hsu's case is so interesting for you, then you should have known a lot of thing yourself on Bush and Jack Abramoff.
And this is exactly why all this partisian machismo is totally unecessary. I don't care what democrats have to say about the GOP, they are just as filthy as the rest of the mongrels on Capitol Hill and beyond. Where there is power, there also lies corruption. Even the person with the best of intentions can become victim to that. Senator Clinton knew very well what was going but I get the feeling that she's one of those types who believe the ends justify the means.
I'm looking forward to Hillery's next screwup
