Giuliani may have wanted to talk about cutting taxes today, but wound up focusing on healthy eating instead.

Judith dined on egg white omeletes with vegetables Wednesday at MaryAnne's Restaurant in Derry. The impromptu lunch came after Judith was asked at an earlier Manchester diner appearance whether she allowed the former mayor to eat diner food. Judith said she believed there was healthy diner food, and the Derry appearance drove home the point.

Along with the omelets and Diet Cokes, Giuliani added a side order of extra crispy bacon. Both of them substituted sliced tomatos for hash browns, and Rudy topped his omelet with jalepenos.

The topic of conversation at the table -- which included the diner's owners and Giuliani's state chairman -- was the baseball playoffs.

Have you been to Long Island Jerry? Doubt it! If you did you'ld know you can get a heart attack on a plate special at the Expressway Diner at Exit 56 on the Long Island Expressway for $4.95! But then again, that might change due to higher cost of transporting all that food as gas goes up thanks to the rethuglicans!
