Regarding Giuliani today calling Obama's Iran strategy "naive" and "irresponsible," Obama spokesman Bill Burton pulls out the Bernie Kerik and Iraq Study Group cards.

"While Rudy Giuliani may embrace Hillary Clinton's policy of not talking and saber rattling towards Iran, Barack Obama knows that policy is not working," Burton said in a statement. "It's time for tough and direct diplomacy with Iran, not lectures from a Mayor who skipped out on the Iraq Study Group to give paid speeches, and who was naive and irresponsible enough to recommend someone with ties to convicted felons for Secretary of Homeland Security."

I dislike and disagree with Giuliani, but Obama is just pandering for votes, don't buy into it.. He never showed up to make the Iran vote, never spoke out against it prior to this vote being made.. AND Finally he TRIED TO SPONSOR A SIMLIAR RESOLTUION A FEW MONTHS BACK LABELING THE IRG A TERRORIST ORGANIZATION NOT TO MENTION HE SAID ALL OPTIONS ARE ON THE TABLE WITH IRAN INCLUDING USING STRIKES.. Go Obama! I for one applaud his forthrightness as to what he doesn't know and what he plans to do. If this presidency should go to HRC, we all should know what to expect - don't cross her or you may end up being audited or leaving a suicide note behind. If the Republicans had anyone that was worth a grain of salt running, we wouldn't even be having a discussion of who will win the office up for grabs. Obama offers not only a refreshing new look but I believe he will restore the confidence in our courty that is sorely lacking due to the Clinton/Bush administrations over the past several years.

Rotten Rudi has nothing to say when it comes to fighting terror. He placed his own First Responders, Firefighters, and police in grave peril by placing their Incident Command center in the World Trade Center, and by not updating radio and other important equipment to respond properly to such a threat. Seems like Giuliani is still talking like the mayor of New York City. It is no wonder that we are perceived as international bullies, and the rhetoric continues. On the other hand, I could see us quietly saying to the Iranian Government that we will hold them to their word that they are not trying to develop weapons, suggesting that we will work politely with them until which time they show us and others that they are indeed not being honerable. If the field stays like it is, HC wins. The female support is rock solid for her at 20+% and the guys split the rest. Issues will lose out to the tactics.
