Hostage situation at Clinton NH office

BREAKING NEWS: "An armed man has taken two campaign workers hostage at the Hillary Clinton campaign office in Rochester, police said," per WMUR-TV.

Clinton is in DC today for the DNC fall meeting. Per NBC's Lauren Appelbaum, the Democratic National Committee has announced that Clinton will not be addressing the DNC fall meeting because of this situation.

*** UPDATE *** Here is the Clinton campaign's statement: "There is an ongoing situation in our Rochester, NH office. We are in close contact with state and local authorities and are acting at their direction. We will release additional details as appropriate."

I just read the guy wanted to talk with Hillary about health care insurance. He called CNN three times during the event, and this is what CNN said the conversation was about. Seems his complaint was his inability to afford coverage for mental health, and he wanted Hillary to fix that.

Clinton looked great talking to the press after the fact. I'm wondering how many speech writers collaborated on that one, but she delivered it beautifully. She may well stop the erosion of support in New Hampshire and elsewhere for a while.

Then again, there also is a chance of some voters having 'drama fatigue' over things involved with Clinton that, individually, seem explainable but, collectively, add up to a lot of weirdness. Chinese fundraisers and donors, including at least a couple people giving false addresses. Reports of push polling and question planting in Iowa. The former general who not only got his question through the CNN screeners, but who was flown on that network's dime to a GOP debate. And that's just from the last couple months.

Sure. Bring prayer into this, as if that ever helped unless, of course, things happen to turn out the way you pray. Then you can claim your prayers were answered. It's a weak response from a weak world view. This hasn't been a democracy or republic for a long time and those voicing the opinion that this was staged not only have the right to say that (um, we still at least have the ILLUSION of free speech) but from the past behavior of our political apes, it's a logical and valid conclusion. It has every chance of being right, as wrong. We just never know these days. This hostage situation was staged with slick Bill and sly HILL... D&A all over it. For (1) when the police officer was asked about the incedent he was like a square peg in a round hole, to just about all the question he reply, on going investegation. (2)The so called hostage taker was as harmless as a dove.the only information was from Hillary some four to six hours after all the media was taken for along sympathetic ride, even Hillary press release was staged because i saw her in two different outfit withen the same press update
