Format Favoring Fred So Far

Posted: Wednesday, December 12, 2007 2:35 PM by Chuck Todd

From NBC's Chuck Todd
Fred Thompson is easily having his best debate; the format suits him well; it's very issue oriented and doesn't allow for too many back-n-forths and gives Fred a chance to shine. Contrary to his actor background, the guy loves to get into the weeds on certain issues and this debate format is working well for him.

Incredible how out of touch these Republican candidates are with the real needs of our country. It is like history revisited and all we are hearing is the same political crap Bush sr and jr have had in store for us. 2008 will definitely be the political death of these Republicans, they are already finished, they cannot even distance themselves from the disastrous Iraq war for Israel hat cost us trillions of dollars...if Ron Paul were a little more credible he would be able to stop the Democrats...
"Texas Rep. Ron Paul agreed, saying, "It's absolutely a threat to our national security because we spent too much, we taxed too much, we borrowed too much, and we print too much.""

When will our presidential candidates be fair enough with our people and tell the whole truth, that is that if we are in financial disastrous times it is Israel and the zionist lobby we need to blame. It is the infestation of our political system by zionism that led us into a trillion dollar war with Iraq and is still busy pushing us and tempting us in ANOTHER trillion dollar war with Iran while we are sleeping, our media are sleeping, our politicians are sleeping too. We are all on a Titanic waiting for disaster to happen. Come on Ron Paul DARE TO EXPOSE ISRAEL!! That is what election debates are about: giving America the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth!!
Be careful Johnny Woe, you might be pegged as an racist anti-semite.
Johnny Woe,
What you wrote is a complete set of lies.  As Jimmy from Chicago feared, you have just been pegged as a anti-semite.  Why do you ask?  Because if you have looked at the needs and best interest of Israel, they never would have asked for the war in Iraq.  The Israelis would have asked for a more direct and active involvement in the quest for peace between the Israelis and the Arabs.

Ron Paul is correct that we borrow too much, but it is cause of the Neo-Con foreign policy of forcibly spreading democracy.  Israel is already a democracy and the only one in the Middle East that has an independant court system that maintains rule of law.  Try looking at the other countries in the Middle East.

As for Iran, we all should be concerned that the Iranians have paused their weapons research.  If the Israelis hadn't taken out Saddam's nuclear reactor in the 1980's, then the world would be facing a nuclear Iraq.  France is pushing for stricter sanctions to keep Iran in check.

Double check things sometimes...
