Huckabee is so dishonest is is unbelievable.  In his negative ad that he pulled that aired anyway he points out there were no executions in Mass. while Romney was gov.  He leaves out the fact that Mass. doesn't have the death penalty although Romney worked hard to get it reinstated. He has his people saying they want to knocked Romney's teeth out and yet he plays the innocent positive.  He didn't have the guts to do Letterman because Letterman actually asks politicians real questions.
MR. PEELER--You act like Mr Huckabe's faith shouldn't be challenged. I think thats precisely what should be challenged. Some of us here don't feel that this little experiment of mixing religion and politics has been a dismal failure. Mr Huckabee comes from a background where religion and politics are intermingled so tightly you often can't tell them apart. Do you remember a time when the politicians sought endorsements from Catholic Cardinals, Arch-bishops, the Pope? Or Jewish Rabbis. Probably not. But repubs were always trying to get endorsements from old Jerry Falwell and Pat Robertson. Hell Robertson even ran for Pres just like Gary Bauer did. The reason those guys ran was to put religion into politics. And as we found out with Bush these zealots want their pound of flesh for their support. Bush loaded up our government with graduates from Liberty College and other christian schools whose stated goals are to enter government to instill christian values. Perfect example is Monica Goodling who graduated from Liberty and in a few short yrs had worked her way up to the top tier of the Justice Dept. She had to leave town in disgrace. Underlings at the WH had wekly meetings with the likes of Dobson, Perkins (as documented in CONTEMPT by Catherine Crier) and others. They got their "Faith-Based Initiatives' all the while pushing "abstinence-only" and Creationism, oh excuse me. Intelligent Design in the classrooms. I don't see catholics or Jews pushing curriculums in classrooms. So you can see why some of us are so cautious when we see a candidate wearing his faith on his shirt-sleeve and trying to appeal to religious fanatics. The evangelicals if unpopular have brought it on themselves. As far as Mormonism, I have no problem with it. It hasn't shown me a willingness to take over the government.
Ok so with all these Hillsters jamming Hillary Clinton down everyone's throats I have an arguement for you... how on Earth does Hillster herself propose to "clean up the mess" of our econonmy, give every American health care insurance, and not raise taxes on the middle and lower classes, without opening free trade at all?

what's she going to do impose a sanction on how much Americans can earn in a given year? "oh Im sorry you cant earn more than $80,000 a year you have to pay all of that extra to taxes, have a great day and thank you for choosing The United States of America."

Well I for one do not beleive it, That Universal Heathcare plan she has will bankrupt this country, you dont beleive me? Do the math how much is it going to cost to insure the Supposed 47 million people who dont have insurance? if its going to be any kind of meaningful insurance probably more than $300 a month, and thats being WAY leinent, to prove my point, $14,100,000,000 A MONTH! what about yearly? $169,200,000,000, and Hillster hasnt just stopped at the uninsured she is talking THE WHOLE COUNTRY! there is NO way, 301,139,947 (as per https://www.cia.gov/library/publications/the-world-factbook/print/us.html) people in the USA, lets run that figure again $300 a month per person, $90,341,984,100 and yearly 1,084,103,809,200. Wow sounds like I'm not standing in Hillary's "winning ciricle" of diluted morons thinking they are going to get something for nothing.

She is lying to you big time. No fiscal wizard could even impliment that type of health plan or one that even gives any kind of insurance to the public as a whole. Canada can get away with their socialized medicine because as of July 2007 they have a total population of 33,390,141 people (tps://www.cia.gov/library/publications/the-world-factbook/print/ca.html) thats not even as many people as we have that are uninsured in our country Im sure there are other reasons they can pull it off but I can tell you those reasons will not work here. there is no way even if we were to tax the pharmecudical industry for just about every penny they have could we run a program like that. its called the gateway to communism and we might as well sign our birth certificates in Chianese as give that wack job the presidency.
Huckabee is all "wink, wink" when it comes to character.  He'll attack Romney for being dishonest about fact-based ads BASED ON HUCK'S RECORD and feign ignorance on his bigoted remarks about Romney's religion, push-polling calls against Romney and now the Romney attack ads (featuring a near-seething Huckabee) that he claims he didn't authorize for viewing on the local news.

I liked Huckabee early on until I got to who he is.  Do we really want a man who thinks a president should be like the guy who works alongside you on the assembly line rather than the boss who runs the business?  A boss fires incompetent people.  So yeah, I would rather have the guy, who lays people off, running the country than the guy whose hits the lunchroom on coffee breaks with me.  Romney would fire the incompetents.  Huckabee would schmooze with them.
I enjoyed Gov. Huckabee on Jay Leno last night.

Jay asked him about his ordinary looks and if this might be a disadvantage for him.

Gov. Huckabee's response: "Well, I think most people want the president to look like the guy next to them on the assembly line rather than the guy who fired them from their last job."

This got a hoot and holler and applause from the crowd.

We have had enough shiney people running this country for along enough.

Maybe we just need some good old, 'aw-shucks' kind of honesty in the White house.
