Ganging up on Clinton

Posted: Saturday, January 05, 2008 9:35 PM by Chuck Todd

From NBC's Chuck Todd
Whoa... helloooo. Look who's defending Obama. Clinton getting the Romney treatment with Obama and Edwards ganging up? It's trickier for the boys to attack the lone woman on stage. Be curious how the dial groups are reacting.

She attacked Obama, he only responded to her attack. She is looking defensive, terse and irate.
clinton is getting testy. you got a glimpse of the mean Hillary flash by.  not good for her to do that.  she got rattled.
Clinton clearly is not comfortable with them all in such close proximity. Perhaps her campaign is livid with Richardson but I think he's her firewall from Obama and Edwards.

It's clear, though, that she does NOT like being in her current position.  Clinton's used to be the frontrunner and is seriously uncomfortable having to defend her positions.  She is nothing like her husband who was able to charm his way to the top.
lol Kaye. A blind cult follower will always have it their way. They are having a debate on issues. No one is attackinng, remember?

Not everything that happens to her is linked in people's mind to the fact she is a woman you know.
I saw her say Obama could debate with himself, seemed like an attack of Hillary on Obama to me
When Edwards is calling her out for dirty pool, then he seems to be taking the high road.  Her response was as close to shrill and lacking control as I have seen in the election.
How about Hillary's irate response to Edwards???  That's not going to play well.  She did not just defend herself and positions but was defensive in nature and you could see the anger.  She let them get next to her.  Did you see her eyes?  Not good for her.
Does anyone remember the debate between Hillary and Rick Lazio?
I think there are 2 attackers, Hillary attacked Obama and Edwards in turn attacked Hillary. I did not see Obama attacking anyone
Hillary is sounding shrill. Not good. Not good.

It's one thing to get testy when you're down in the polls and you haven't lost anything yet. It's a different ballgame when you lose a caucus and one of your competitors is throwing it in your face.

Ooooh. She's mad.
Hillary tried to get tough with Obama and she got slapped down.  Notice she no longer goes after Obama after that, but it is too late to repair the damage.  She gave her best shot and she got whipped.

Better stick o the issues Hillary
Obama is just too much man for you!
if anyone sounded shrill it was Edwards...his opportunism is so obvious...he looked small and I think embarrassed after the moderator called both of them on their tag team...Obama just looked sheepish and tired all night...btw boys, woman aren't going to take it anymore...the rules are changing, get used to it...
come on chuck, we know from watching you on other shows you love hillary, so quit trying to save her, obama makes her look bad, and they are not ganging up on her, they are just showing their difference and calling her up on her negatives, and you are using the gender card now, poor hillary, she is a women alone with these mean bad men, well she should not have run for president, it won't work this time what she did in that debate against lazio, and chuck she attacked them , what do you say about that??????
HILLARY'S STARE WAS THE ONE DICK MORRIS AND GEORGE STEPHONOPULUS SAW MANY TIMES, PLUS HER FILTHY MOUTH AS SHE STARED AT JOHN FRAY AND CALLED HIM A MOTHER FU--K-ING JEW BA--ST-ARD OR HER BODY GUARD LARRY PATTERSON WHOM SHE CALLED A JEW BA--STARD, A MO-THER --FUC-KING JEW BAS--TARD.  YOU NEW YORK JEWS REALLY KNOW HOW TO PICK A CANDIDATE, SOUND LIKE TO ME SHE WAS PART OF THE HOLOCAUST.
