Time for the guessing game

Posted: Sunday, January 06, 2008 1:27 PM by Mark Murray

From NBC/NJ's Matthew E. Berger
HOLLIS, NH -- Giuliani took a swipe at one of his rivals today, but it wasn’t entirely clear which candidate he was going after.

Asked at a house party whether his cabinet would be made up an “old boys network” Giuliani said it was presumptuous to discuss who would be in his administration, and referenced a book on how Abraham Lincoln selected his political rivals for his cabinet.

“The cabinet would look like last night’s debate,” he said, before adding, “with one exception.”

Asked after the event whether he was planning to exclude Romney or Paul -- both of whom he tangled with Saturday night -- Giuliani laughed before answering, “You guess.”

I SAY TO HELL WITH A PRESIDENT !
WE CAN RUN THIS COUNTRY OURSELVES !
lol
So Giuliani plans on a cabinet made up of old white guys.

Nothing new there.
Rudy Giuliani cannot quit talking about Lincoln.  I think he either aspires to be like Lincoln or thinks he *is* Lincoln.  Here's some more thoughts about this:

First these Republicans invoke Reagan and now Lincoln? Sorry guys you can't be in the same league as those men. And I didn't think Reagan was all that great. But hey, if Rudy keeps chanting 911 some yokels will vote for him. Kind of sad isn't it?

"Giuliani said it was presumptuous to discuss who would be in his administration," but went on anyway to provide detailed description.

" ...and referenced a book on how Abraham Lincoln selected his political rivals for his cabinet."
--I doubt that "last night's debate" consisted of his "political rivals."  H.R. Clinton would be a "political rival" for Giuliani's cabinate.  I don't think he would really appoint a "political rival."
NOBODY likes Romney !!

I wonder why ?

Any Mass residents who can clue me in ?
Was he popular when he left office ?
Why or why not ?

Thanks
Reagan, the "Iran-Contra" President who believed ketchup was a vegetable and trees caused pollution.

Yeah, he was awesome.
GULLANI IS COUNTING ON O REILLY AND HANNITY ON FOX NEWS, AND OREILLY JUST SHOUTED AT JUAN WILLIAMS, AND LAURA INGRAM CAUSE THEY THOUGHT HUCKABEE COULD WIN.  THATS WHY HUCKABEE WOULDNT SPEAK WITH CARL CAMERON SATURDAY, HE KNOWS WHO HIS ENEMIES ARE.  WE ARE PROUD OF YOU HUCKABEE, HE WILL NEVER KISS ANYONES BUTT.  THATS WHY HE WILL BE A GREAT PRESIDENT I HOPE FOX VIEWERS GO TO MSNBC OR CNN  I HAVE
Hannity is Rudys guy---who is Oliellys?
RUDY IS O REILLY S CHOICE, HTM MI WHY HE SAYS HUCK DOESNT HAVE A CHANCE WHEN HE IS LEADING IN S CAROLINA, FLA, CALIF, AND WILL GET ALL THE SOUTH  O REILLY IS A NUTT TRYING TO INFLUENCE THE RACE.  HE NEED TO GO BACK TO PHONE SEX  BUT WASNT GOOD AT THAT EITHER. I WOULD THINK HE WOULD LIKE THE CLINTONS, PERVERTS RUN TOGETHER
Nobody likes Romney because we can't envision this country with a president from a state that continues to elect Ted Kennedy!!!!!
LOL  Good point, Rose Gay.
