McCain, terror and change

Interesting strategy: McCain managed to twist a question on change into warning the country about terrorism. It's clearly something McCain sees as his strength. By the way, how long can Rudy stay on the sidelines? Isn't terror his topic? Doesn't he now run the risk with his late-states strategy to be allow McCain to own the terror topic. That could really hurt Rudy if McCain pulls out New Hampshire and then it's McCain vs. Rudy nationally. And if McCain owns terrorism, what's Rudy's sell?
