McCain's karate chop back at Chuck

Posted: Monday, January 21, 2008 11:13 AM by Mark Murray

From NBC's Bethany Thomas
When asked about Chuck Norris' comments yesterday in Texas about McCain being too old, the Arizona senator replied, "I'm afraid that I might have to send my 95-year-old mother over and wash Chuck's mouth out with soap."

while I agree with Cuck he too is gotten long in the tooth. He must be making a new movie and is looking for attention.
Great comeback. HA!
Actual comment from 10 y/o daughter while McCain 'victory' celebration aired on TV Sat nite...."He [McCain] is so old...but his wife looks so young."

McCain is a fine guy...so long as he is winning; becomes a churlish ass when things don't go his way.
I do think Mr. Norris is a big fool but he is correct about McCain. He looks 10 yrs older and is doddering. They showed McCain and his wife coming down the plane stairs recently and SHE was holding him up. It's not his fault that he was tortured and hurt yrs ago, but he does look and sound quite a bit older than his 71 yrs. Can he make it through this election is he's the nominee and can he make it through even 4 yrs of the presidency? He lools like he will have a difficult time.
NO MCAMNISTY FOR ME!  I live in Southern California and John McAmnisty wants to give our country away like Presidente Jorge Bush is doing.  I want the border shut tight and the mexicans rounded up and put back in their own country.  My neighborhood has gang tagging, the schools can't give away free lunches and breakfasts fast enough.  "push 1 for English" is now the norm... I want my country back!  The demoncrats, McAmnesty and his shamnisty pal Lindsey Ghramnisty sure won't get my vote.  I want an angry white man to step up and TAKE MY COUNTRY BACK!  Maybe Lou Dobbs will run.
McCain's electability advantage on his fellow GOPers is really incredible. Just look at these two polls from Virginia and Kansas published this week-end that have the major GOPers LOSING to Clinton and Obama (that's right, in red Kansas) but McCain crushing both Democrats while running 15% better than his GOP rivals. if he agrees with kennedy on immigration  he needs to lose bad
HUCK TO CHUCK "THANKS FOR THE FORK I AM DONE"..."COULD I TRY ONE THE SHAPE UP MACHINES FOR FREE?"
What kind of man would send his mother on a suicide mission like that?  Perhaps he will have pity on her and  send her straight up to heaven.
I think What's Up Chuck? meant was, McCain should 'Reaganize' himself with some Orange Hair-Dye and a 'Rouge-Over' on those cheekbones. It worked for 'the Quipper', and it worked for Lenin's Corpse. Their fixated followers were always mesmerized. (Chuck could use a little paint and putty, himself.)
GOOD COMEBACK !!! IT SHOWS DEMENTIA IS NOT A PROBLEM.

I AM NOT A McCAIN SUPPORTER BUT I THOUGHT THE STATEMENT MADE BY CHUCK NORIS WAS UNCALLED FOR.
I THINK JOHN'S NATURAL GRAY HAIR IS REFRESHING TO SEE AFTER WATCHING NORRIS WITH HIS DYED HAIR AND BEARD AND ALL THAT MAKE UP.
I WONDERED WHAT HUCKABEE THOUGHT ABOUT THAT SINCE I WOULD BET HE WOULD LOVE TO BE JOHN'S RUNNING MATE.
NORRIS IS TOUGH ON THE SCREEN, McCAIN HAS SHOWN WHAT TOUGH REALLY IS.

BTW
I SUPPORT HILLARY.
what a great man he is ,he still has the ^%%(&(*b to run  for office and the know how !!!!
Now that comeback, I have to admit...was funny.
I'll tell you what is getting old...the Chuck and Huck show.  Now professional wrestler Rick Flair has joined the act.  Give it up already!

I wonder if Chuck was serving up any popcorn-machine-fried squirrel at the BBQ fundraiser yesterday?  Huck is in the race at this point to yuck it up with Chuck, and split the conservative vote to help McCain. McCain would be old AND senile to put Huckabee on the ticket should McCain win the nomination.
I don't like chuck at all but he's right. McCain looks, sounds and acts like hes 90.
Johnny bush...he is the stray talk express who wants to start more wars, expand the ones we are in and send your sons and daughters to their worthless deaths in some sandstorm in arabia..beware old former POW's, beware
McCain is not too old, just too stubborn. McCain may be principled, but he is also stubborn, combative with others, thin skinned, and worst of all often wrong about important issues.  McCain seems to be very weak at putting principles into practice.  Campaign finance reform?  Good idea but....McCain Feingold... BAD result.  Controlling illegal immigration?  Good idea but McCain Kennedy....BAD proposal.
As a nation we are yearning for competence from our government.  If you want someone who will take on tough problems with good intension, but make them worse...then McCain is your man.  If you want someone who will take on tough problems and insist on bottom line results, then Romney is your man.

though we are all entitled to our opinions my only wish is the American people will fully understand the (non)conservative republican John McCain calls himself. I think even Ron Paul would be a better canidate than McCain.
blackboxvoting.org  please go there and see the pictures of the NH Primary ballot boxes.  This is REAL NEWS!  Everyone needs to check this out regardless of favored candidate or party--this affects everyone in the country, it is not a hoax.
CHUCK and HUCK, two idiots for the price of one.
Whe n in the hell did saying someone was old become a cuss word or reason to wash someone's mouth out?????

Age used to be respected in this country.

Certainly not by the likes of Barack Obama who says the Baby Boomers or anyone over 45 years of age is too old and divisive to lead or bring this country together.

Obama has played the race card, religion card and age card...now it is spreading...the age card is now infecting the Rep. too.
Chuck Norris is 68.  Isn't that too old to be a physical fitness saleman / action star?
Strangely, Chuck Norris is 67-years-old, merely 4 years younger than John McCain.  So, can we really accept mental acuity from a geezer like Norris?
What I like about GWB is he sticks to his words and not wishie washie like some. But I also disagree on alot of things but that's politics isn't it.
If you want to see what was actually said verbatim, visit http://www.ustream.tv/channel/huckabee-and-chuck-norris-bbq

If you vote old you'll get old. Mac will give you old. Mac's time has past. He has probably have a bunch of pills to take each day to keep him going, He must have oxygen nearby just in-case.
John should have a chair in Maui coast under a coconut tree drinking from a glass with those little umbrella in it. The race should be left to the living generation and not the downhill gen.
Hey Rick - That's EXACTLY what every one of the GOP dancing bears want to do, except Ron Paul. McCain at least served, unlike the rest.
I must of missed the long military careers of those democrats talking about invading Pakistan.
McCain's mother should wash his mouth out with soap and water.  What kind of low life sleeze bag would use the nice things Huck said about him in an ad?

Mr. Straight Talker won't even fess up to being the newest front runner when directly asked.

In the end, the only way he'll get my vote is if Cryllary is the Dem's nominee.
