Jano Cabrera is back...

First Read has just learned that Jano Cabrera -- who worked as a spokesman for Gore in '00, Lieberman's '04 bid, and the DNC in '04 general election -- has joined Team Clinton as a senior communications adviser.

Always armed with a good sense of humor, Jano sends up this YouTube clip about his return into presidential politics.

Doesn't matter. If the Dems nominate Hillary - it won't matter WHO she has working for her, she will lose the general election b/c no one can mobilize the Republican vote better than Bill and Hillary - add to that there are Democrats who Will Not vote for her

...by the way - how is it that Barrack beat her in a landslide in South Carolina, got the endorsement of the Kennedys (and Toni Morrison)..and Bill is the big front page picture on msnbc.com - this Clinton-centric coverage is getting REALLY old. Hillary is NOT inevitable and I am tired of the media covering EVERYTHING from her (or more accurately THEIR) perspecitive and ONLY their perspecitive.

Which is the Catch-22 the Clintons are in with Bill. The press covers him, he is then on the air and in print, then the press states he is in the media and gets more attention than Hillary does. If they covered her more and him less then he would not be in the media as much.

Bottom line is, any Democrat could beat Romney in a General Election, but it's not going to be Romney, it's going to be McCain.

So who can beat McCain? The Clinton slime ball routine would go down in flames, Obama is an iffy proposition just because I think this semi-racist nation doesn't have it in them to elect someone that isn't white (at least not yet), and Edwards isn't gaining any tracktion.

As someone who can't stand to live under another 4 years of Republican Empirial rule, I think the real problem is, how the hell are the Democrats going to get a candidate thru the General Election against McCain?

McCain is tough because if the Republicans can actually elect this loon bag political oportunist, he's so damn slippery on the issues, as he's played his game over the past 20 years, that it's going to be tough to beat him, because he can grab those Independent/Regan Democrat votes.

I have a bad feeling about this folks. Can the Dem's actually unite behind any of these candidates? If so, which one?

Except the media's coverage of Hillary and Bill has been Negative. If you are an Obama supporter, you should be happy. Just look at every post that MSNBC puts out and check how many of them are pro Hillary? Almost zero. So I wouldn't complain if I were you.

1) Bobby Kennedy Jr. endorsed Clinton a while back.

2) Hillary picks up the American Nurses Association (ANA) endorsement today. Another labor endorsement for Clinton where she now leads Barack to the tune of 13 or 14 to 1. The nurses union has almost 3 million members.

I am saddened over the recent S. Carolina fights and results. I am so sick of Obama's "we are one people", because we are not! We are a increasingly uncaring upper class, a quickly shrinking middle clsss and a poor lower class that is kept at the poverty line by federal handouts. I believe in Hillary's message and find her husband to be a big hindrance - with his temper and big ego. I thnk Hillary would make a great president on her on abilities. Now every big time democratic candidate is jumping to align with Obama. The political pundits tore Hillary apart and now are after Obama. I hope Hillary remembers "her voice" and stuffs old Bill in the closet. She looked presidential up until she swiped back at Obama. Then she looked like a shrill harpie. I will never vote for Obama(the empty shirt) but I will consider a republican if this fighting continues.
