Rudy lends himself a hand

Posted: Tuesday, January 29, 2008 12:07 PM by Domenico Montanaro

From NBC/NJ's Matthew Berger
POMPANO BEACH, Fla. -- Giuliani tried phone banking Tuesday, and got at least one supporter on the line.

“Lisa? This is Rudy Giuliani,” he said into a cell phone at his campaign’s Broward County headquarters. “It is. I’m calling from headquarters. Javier asked me to call.”

Giuliani had a phone banking script in his hands, but didn’t read from it. “I would like to see if you would go out and vote for me. You will?” he asked, and he held up the phone so the caller could hear the applause. “I didn’t even use the script and it worked. Thank you very much.”

He earlier thanked the men and women who were using their cell phones to contact voters in both English and Spanish, and signed a wall of support for the former New York City mayor.

Telemarker huh, yea Rudy might be able to handle that.
Rudy found another sucker.
Forget Rudy - Did you hear how Limbaugh POUNDED on McAngry, McAmnesty, McLiar McCain today?

McCain would be the worst thing possible for the GOP party - which is why the liberals are pulling for him so hard.
McCain and Huckabee...

Tweedle Dee and Tweedle DUMB
If McCain is LYING like this now - there's no telling what a lying sack of excriment he'll turn into with a little power.
Hucka-butt buddy with McLiar...

Is this country going down the tubes?
I'm delighted to see so much animosity toward the GOP field.  What do y'all think of Willard Romney???
Rudy lends himself a hand?  A rather unfortunate choice of words, don't you think?

I've got news for you, Mayor Rudy -- a "wall of support" won't get you elected.  Not even the walls of the World Trade Center.  Bye, bye.
George Castlewood stay out the sun out there.  The worst thing that happened to the Republican party was W.  He has done more for the democrates than anyone since FDR.
You're right, Johnny Gun.  The Republicant Party was looking at the chance to realign the entire nation after the 2000 election, and especially after 9/11.  Bush, Cheney and Rove blew it so badly that it's almost hard to believe it.  If it were a novel we were reading, we'd toss it in the trash for being beyond the realm of possibility.  Now, thanks to that dynamic trio, the Republicants are heading toward well-deserved political oblivion for the next election cycle.  None too soon.  None too soon.
George Castlewood, Riverside, California: who is your choice Flip/Flop Phoney Romney?
I hope to God that he calls me so I can tell him I'm voting for Ron Paul.
I think all Rethugs should listen to good ol' Rush and don't nominate McCain. We liberals would really hate to campaign against Mitt the Plastic Man, or ol' Huckleberry. They would be such good candidates.
Fl is seeking to overcome the disasters of past elections and get it right this time, they are voting for John McCain He is the most honest of all the candidates and will beat HRC in the Fall.
You go, George Castlewood!

McCain is real flip-flopper these days...
(And I mention he's a liar and left his first wife because she was hurt in an accident and no longer good enough for him?)

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Stay abreast of the actual standing of Republican contenders...

Rudy's chances are now slim. Thank the Lord; one more totalitarian down.
None of the Republicans really get me all warmed up.  Romney has the hair of Reed Richards (of the Fantastic Four) and the flip floppy (and  stretch to meet the audience) ability as well, but not the brains.  Rudy doesn't have the support being so not conservative (pro-gun control and homosexual rights); McCain supports amnesty and didn't vote for Bush's tax cuts despite supporting them now.  Huckabee isn't conservative enough on some of the fiscal issues for many since he was in favor of raising some taxes.  That leaves Ron Paul who would eliminate just about everything that keeps people safe except the military; I guess he thinks states can maintain the interstate highway system with no federal money among other problems with his thinking.
too bad rudy911 didn't lend himself a hand instead of whoring around with judi judi judi while still married...he might even still be in the game

Okay, you've had your laugh.  Time to go to bed now, Pee Wee.
