The Heritage Foundation and Bill need to learn what an AMBUSH is.
Mitt, aka, Weird Willard, you lost Florida.  All your money couldn't buy it.  Now go home.
Bye bye Rudy. Try not to leave a trail of toxic goo on your way out.

Why does Hillary Clinton believe the Democratic "vote" in Florida means anything?? Is this some attempt to gain momentum for her presidency?

Chuck Todd... nice work!
I am a life long Republican AND I am conservative.  McCain may be a Republican by name, but he is NOT conservative.

If he takes the Republican nomination, I will be voting for the Democratic candidate with the hope that it will unite a Republican congress in the coming years.  McCain will never have my vote.
Congrats Senator McCain.  I debated who to vote for all day and decided to vote for McCain in the end, so I'm happy for the result.  Also, for those tin-foil hat conspiracy theorists out there who think we Floridians can't vote or the Republicans rigged the election (whatever that means in a primary), I had a flawless and enjoyable ballot casting experience.
John McCain won we did are work and got the best candidate to run in the Republican Party let's now get behind him and get John McCain to be the next president.
MSNBC's reporting on Hillary's "victory" in FL was viewed as a bias by so many Hillary supporter seeking to make FL count against the rules of the DNC (which we should blame for FL's uncounted voting) out of their desperation to show voters that Hillary matters as a woman and not as a leader so the idea of her being far more popular among the candidates is vindicated.
Hillary supporters are cry babies, I guess. I am pro-Edwards and will vote for him; if he quits, I will vote Obama.
This is DISGUSTING that McCain's slimy politics this weekend and the liberal establishment rallying around him dooped the Florida voters.  Huckabee should have been out of the race a long time ago and stole votes from Romney.  He ran ONLY on religion in Iowa, not his record or the Fair Tax.  He won that one because it was early and no one had really scrutinized him yet and he has been losing even the evangelical votes ever since.  He didn't deserve Iowa and he's been riding that wave, enjoying the limelight for himself.  If he helps McCain win by taking the real conservative votes from Romney and all this #@%-kissing lands him a VP spot I will go postal.  It is insane that the GOP can't realize that McCain is the WORST person to represent the conservative view and go up against the dems.  He is more of Bush and what people in America DON'T want.  Nominating McCain ENSURES that the dems, who will be able to make a case that they are the change we need, will be in the White House next year.  INsane voters!!!
Its a good day for  America... for the first time in years it looks like I will have a tough decision on who to vote for in the presidential election.. A republican that cares about the middle class, what a breath of fresh air. He understands that the middle class is the foundation of this country and it has been crumbling over the last 7+ years. Sure the drug companies that spend more on politicians than reaserch, and the greedy wall street type CEO's that  reap millions while their workers cant afford the products they make will be upset that trickle down romney lost, but so what. There is no reason to go back to the robber barron economy of the late 1800's.  This country has been brought to its knees because of the neocons, but now it looks like i can say what i would have said in 2000 if McCain had won the republican nomination... I dont know if I will vote for him but I feel safe the country is going in the right direction.
To Robert Jorgenson,

Thank you for posting something about the political race instead of using it as a vehicle to bash the mormons. Nice improvement over the last month of cut and past comments. That said, I'm not sure McCain is the best candidate given his obvious misrepresentation of Romney's position this past weekend. If he continues down the same road as this past weekend, I will end up voting Dem.
Just a thought for those of you voting on Super Tuesday.  You might want to think about the troops for a minute.  It's real easy for you to go in and cast your vote and go home to your couch, but they are the ones who are going to have to live or die by your decision.  McCain is going to have them there forever.  Just be thoughtful and research your choices carefully.  Your vote is important.  Make it count.
Just google for fun the BoM.    Read about Mormons.  Mitt is a Mormon,  and a very rich one at that   What I read there about the ones that have left the church {cult} they call it, will open up your minds if you are a Christian. Never in my wildest dreams have I ever believed that such was practiced here in America. John McCain is an honest American, and he is for the people, he can beat Hillary and lead us to gain back what we have lost.  TRUST IN GOVERNMENT.
The Florida Primary just handed the Democrats the White House!!!
To be quite honest, this is now an election that will be based on the VP selection for each party.  McCain does not have the support of the Republican party and Hillary (well, enough said).  McCain needs to get back to "straight talk" and stop calling me and the rest of America "my friends".  End the dirty politics now.  He lied about Romney supporting troop withdrawal timetables.  Jen from Iowa is right, but I will not vote Dem. I do not want universal healthcare, higher taxes or immediate troop withdrawal without consideration of the consequences.
As much as I respect Sen McCain, I think last night proved that Dems really have nothing to fear in a McCain candidacy.  He had nothing to offer other than his foreign policy resume and trumpeting the old Republican standards of a strong defense and lower taxes.  He was uninspiring, appeared older and tired.  It reminded me of Bob Dole in 1996, a man whose best opportunity has past him by, but who the party now rallies around partly out of respect, partly because it's percieved as their turn, and partly just not to be embarassed in the general come November.
Marty- why are you, all of a sudden, spewing the anti-Mormon rhetoric?  It's bigotted and unrelated to the political campaign.  The guy you like won last night- why don't you talk about all his redeeming values?  Frankly the anti-Mormon rhetoric has already been beaten to death on these blogs.  Move on.  If people want to learn about the Mormons, they should try a Mormon website (the only ones that are guaranteed accurate)- lds.org or mormon.org.  If they want to read the Book of Mormon, give me their address- I'll send them one for free.

wayne- my thoughts exactly.

Trace, unfortunately I think you are right.  I would have preferred Romney as the GOP candidate, and I'm still hoping that Obama will somehow pull ahead for the dem nomination... but it's not looking good.  I guess America doesn't really want change, since the current frontrunners are both part of the establishment.

Just out of curiosity, who would you choose for their VPs?
Kira, I would pick Fred Thompson for McCain simply to fill the conservative void.  Obama's personality is infectious, but Hillary would be easier to beat in the general election.  However, McCain will not have a chance if he chooses unwisely. Unfortunately the media has convinced Republicans that McCain is the only candidate to beat Hillary and people are buying into that. I'm looking forward to tonight's debate in CA. This is Romney's last chance to convice people that he would be a better choice.
