Hillary loses her voice

Clinton lost her voice pretty badly while at a roundtable in New Haven, CT. She asked for a lozenge and water, and after a minute, she tried to answer a question on health care. She got one short sentence out, and then breathlessly said, "This comes and goes."

A nurse then talked for six minutes, giving Clinton a chance to regain use of her voice. About eight minutes after losing her voice, Clinton began to get her voice back (but still was scratchy).

Barack Obama had a dad and mother, both highly educated PhD's in their own right. This is why he is such a bright new person. We need somebody smart, and clear thinking who can bring us together. This is sad? Where is the conversation about substance? Where are the facts and figures to show they have a plan. I want to know what their plans are? I've gone to their websites both of them and to tell the truth. Neither candidate is very forthcoming with really new thoughts, plans or actions on how to resolve our needs as a country. I'd like to see Clinton and Obama both agree to share the ticket, no matter which one of them becomes the nominee.

This would give Democratic voters the two candidates that they have chosen on their ticket, and hopefully would help to keep their campaigns against one another at a more reasoned level.

It would also reduce the amount of ammunition that either will supply to the eventual Republican opponent.

Hillary Clinton was having problems with her voice. She, however, completed her townhall meeting. It was awesome. Her warmth is not conveyed on television as it is in person.
