A snapshot of Missouri's turnout

From NBC/NJ's Carrie Dann
ST. CHARLES, MO -- O'Dark Thirty isn't too early for Missouri voters. At VFW Post 2866 in conservative St. Charles County, MO, voters were lined up outside before polls opened at 6:00 am local time to cast their votes. Since doors opened two hours ago, a  steady stream of voters have braved chilly rain to cast their votes in this bellwether state's primary. Election officials estimate that over 40% of this precinct's 3,000 voters will participate in the election today.

Nice try "The Truth from CA" - something tells me that most, if not all, of the people who are reading and contributing to this blog - are a little more intelligent than you may be giving them credit for.

Please - all Obama supporters everywhere - and that means you too California - get out and VOTE!!!!

Media bias comments sound just like what the Republicans have claimed for years.  That is how they avoid listening to anything they don't like.  Sure some of the media is biased one way or the other.  Some is neutral.  Life isn't fair, and neither is the media.  Complaining and whining about it doesn't change anything and it makes us all sound immature and ridiculous.
I find it interesting that the younger folks appear to be more favored toward Obama than the others. Having lived in America for 67 years, could it be that the older folk used to the older thinking will have to continue dying off before we have a more balanced, accepting and socialized system of living?
The base of the Democratic Party: I agree with you, if Obama does win the nomination, this will be the first time I vote for a republican - John McCain.

If Obama waited 4 or 8 yrs to run, i would definitely consider him. Did you see hannety last night: he asked a group of democrats if they could tell him one thing Obama has done, a committee he has been on...... to be qualified for president, not one person could say anything.  all they say, is he is inspirational.  in the movie six sense, it should be: "I see dumb people"
It is great to hear that the line was out the door for people to vote.  We need to have everyone vote.  Granted I won't agree with everyone's vote, but we as Americans should be embaressed since so few (in percentages) vote an any one election.
NO HOPE with obama/clintonS.
