The top campaign contributors to Obama's campaign are executives from Exelon, the largest nuclear power company in the country. You should do a fact check on Obama's claim that he "doesn't take money from lobbyists." This is a blatant lie.

Back in December of 2007, Bob Novak reported that there were talks within the Clinton campaign that she had dirt on Obama but she had decided not to use it. Well, rumours have it that the Rev Wright story is the said rumours.

The strategy to give the story a life began when Geraldine Ferraro made the remarks that most people saw as racist and then with the help of the conservative media, they put the Rev Wright story into public domain.

They strategy has worked perfectly well because it put Obama in the place where he does not want to be, talking about race and defending his relationship with Rev Wright. They have also successfully made Obama look more of a black candidate running for president rather that a candidate running for president who happens to be black.

The speech delivered by Obama is probably his best option to reassure the middle class white voters he is trying to reach out to that he does not hold any of the views expressed in the video by Rev Wright. The speech may well turn out to be the single defining moment that makes or mars his presidential ambition.

The impact on Obama's presidential campaign remains to be seen.

This is do or die time for both candidates.  As Sen. Obama stated yesterday, it's up to us to erect this change if we want it, or remain with the status quo.  In my opinion,he has laid to rest the Rezko (he opened his records and absolutely nothing was found that can incriminate him in this scandal), and Rev. Wright ordeals.  He may not be perfect (and who is), but he comes closer than anyone has in a long, long, long time. It's going to be interesting to see who our country chooses. This is the time.

I am actually glad that Bill Clinton is out their stumping because I think that people DO have to decide whether they want four more years of Bill.  In my heart, I know think of them as the Clintons as in the Clintons are running for President.

Not me, not what I want.  Even given his strengths before, there was some significant downside to him and these are different times.

While Hillary Clinton battles Barack Obama on the campaign trail, a judge in Los Angeles is quietly preparing to set a trial date in a $17 million fraud suit that aims to expose an alleged culture of widespread corruption by the Clintons and the Democratic Party.

Someone needs to tap Bill Clinton on the shoulder and tell him that Hillary can't win the nomination unless super delegates overwhelmingly vote for her. He's not being honest with the voters of Indiana by telling them that they can help Hillary win the nomination.

Senator Obama needs to talk to the people that are not supporting him right now, going after the youth vote is stupid, he already has that locked up with his candy coated speeches.
Seems like the easy road is again the only way to go for the senator.

Independents in Pennsylvania can re-register as Democrats for a few more days, still, which will make then eligible to vote in the primary on April 22.  This ad will nestle in with all the other indications that Obama believes in giving everyone a voice (if they follow the rules).

And then there's also the pitch to be made for the general election after all this preliminary wrangling is over.  The Obama campaign is correct to keep a longer view.

Do you think those PA older voters have any idea that the person they are voting for has an ongoing campaign fraud trial going on with her husband?  Google Peter Paul and Clinton.  I think the voters have a right to know this, and yet no news outlet will touch it.  It makes me wonder what deals the Clintons have with the media.
