Delegate Update: Clinton gets 2 more

Posted: Friday, April 18, 2008 5:55 PM by Domenico Montanaro

From NBC's Domenico Montanaro
Clinton picked up two more NJ superdelegates: former Govs. Jim Florio and Brendan Byrne, who are add-ons. Earlier today, Clinton picked up the support of Rep. Betty Sutton (OH-13), giving her three for the day.

That leaves our superdelegate count at Clinton 262, Obama 235. Clinton is now +2 since Super Tuesday; Obama is +65. Obama leads by 166 pledged delegates, 1,417-1,251, and overall by 139, 1,652-1,513.

Domenico,

Who are the Superdelegates that are left and what state are they from?
why doesnt hillary call it a day--she cant and wont win--she blew it--its written all over her face
I love the slogan on a web page of Hillary's.  It is:
Don't just hope for change--Vote for it!!
                Hillary 2008

I hope and pray Hillary will score BIG in the PA primary.

I think that Obama's change is not one we can live with.

So glad Obama is finally (it is way overdue) being vetted.  15 months he has had a pass and a free ride.
Let the vetting begin.
To all Hillary supporters and true Democrats, take a look and then think hard about the general election!

Congradulations Hillery!!!!!! All that is needed now is for you too be more positive in your speeches and I'm certain that you'll gain a lot of ground and a lot more delegates.
Anyway Florio used to be governor of New Jersey, what a loser beaten by lousy republican candidater and then became the governor of New jersey, Mrs. Whitman
Prediction: No immediate movement after Pennsylvania among super delegates unless Obama wins in an upset or Clinton wins by 15-20. Obama wins North Carolina by 12 and then eeks out a 5 point in in Indiana. Tow days after the Indiana win, super delegates begin to announce for Obama and within a week, Clinton suspends her campaign. At the convention, she throws her considerable weight behind Obama who goes onto to beat McCain in a landslide in November. The key to the general being the public rejection of the old-style politics and the endorsement of 21st century politics. Its all about the future from here forward,
And I bet none of the MSNBC Clinton-bashing knuckle-heads who worship the ground Barack walks will really report on this, will you?
I'm seriously amazed that MSNBC even casually mentioned the 3 Super-Delegates for Clinton at all!
Wow...such unbaised reporting from somebody not Joe Scarborough, amazing! (said with dripping sarcasm)...

She will be plus more after they see the gallup tracking poll today - doesn't look good for the future for Obama.
There were 35,000 at Obama's rally.  Where are the big headllines.  This can not be ignored!!!!!!
