From NBC/NJ’s Aswini AnburajanThe
Obama campaign is up with two new ads in Pennsylvania, starting today, one of which accuses
Clinton of introducing a health-care plan that forces individuals to purchase insurance "even if they can't afford it."
In "Afford," the Obama campaign attacks the mandates in Clinton's.
"Hillary Clinton's attacking, but what’s she not telling you about her health care plan? It forces everyone to buy insurance even if you can't afford it," an announcer says.
The ad shows a highlighted section of an AP article that reads: "…willing to have workers wages garnished if they refuse to buy health care insurance."
Cutting to pictures of Obama, the announcer claims, "Barack Obama believes that it's not that people are not willing to buy healthcare, it's that they can't afford it."
A graphic shows bullet points, listing details of Obama's plan, while the voice over says that Obama's plan "reduces costs more than Hillary's."
