Hillary's new Indiana ad

From NBC's Mark Murray
The Clinton campaign has unveiled a new TV ad in Indiana, which focuses exclusively on jobs and the economy. The question, after Pennsylvania, is whether it will have the money to stay competitive on the airwaves in Indiana, North Carolina, and beyond.

That's why tonight's contest is important. Can it spur a wave of new donations for Clinton?

Here's the script...
Hillary Clinton: I think this election, particularly here in Indiana is about jobs, jobs, jobs, jobs.
Announcer: She's ready to turn our economy around, stop tax breaks for companies that move jobs overseas, fix unfair trade deals, stand up to China, create five million new jobs.
Hillary Clinton: The next president has to begin putting the American people first. Your jobs, your health care, your futures.
I'm Hillary Clinton and I approved this message.

I think that Hillary is head and shoulder above both OBama and McCain on the economy.

In my opinion the primary race is like this:

Hillary wins and we will have a democrat in the white house in 2009.

Obama wins and  a republican will be in the white house in 2009.

I hope an pray that Hillary scores big in PA today.
I doubt it.  PA has been must win for her for awhile and the money is still going mainly to Obama (if you can exclude the Elton John concert receipts).

He still has the big (in terms of numbers of donors and overall receipts) money mo.

Don't think it will change after PA.  If anything, people want to see this wrapped...so you can count on some big money mo before Indiana and North Carolina.

Obama our best future.
Kind of hard to believe The Clinton's when they have not allowed through on their pledge to create jobs in new York state.

Hopefully the money will run out soon and the people of Denver will be spared of the war in the democratic party and turning their city into downtown Baghdad.

Hillary Clinton
A Liar for all seasons
Oh my god!  An actual issue-based ad from the Clinton camp!

What is the world coming to?

Where are the smears?  The innuendos?

Has she finally realized that the voters are not as stupid as she thought?  That we're all seeing through the slime and filth in her kitchen sink?

I don't know what to think anymore, but I certainly won't be voting for her....
Now that I see that Hillary is staying in the race, I am sending a donation to Obama's campaign. Who will protect us from the Clintons if they return to the WH? Hell, she is promising job creation while at the same time taking money (through Bill) from foreign lobbyists. I would like to see her attempt to explain that. You people of Indiana, when did these jobs of yours disappear? Was it within the last 16 years? Hmmm... Clintons & NAFTA and no replacement job program. But now, she is going to remedy that. Sure!!! How many new jobs did she create for NY, or Ohio?
Why would it if her Ohio win, (cause she lost Texas), did'nt spur her nothin-but-talk supporters to anty-up and kick-in? They won't admit it, but since her tax returns were made public, they ain't gonna give her squat.
Senator Clinton claims to have changed her position since voting for the Iraq war, to favor withdrawing American troops from Iraq. With her proposed Middle East umbrella alliance, she has apparently repudiated her more recent position. Has she misspoken?

Expanding the Iraq war is more than sniper fire.

Is Senator Clinton's representation of her intensions in Iraq like the Bush-Chaney representations of their justification for starting the war?
How can a NAFTA supporter like Clinton be talking jobs in Indiana?

She speaks out of both sides of her mouth. Hillary and her campaign give a whole new meaning to the phrase "double talk".

That's it Hillary! No grass grows under your feet. Start the next campaign even before the votes are counted in the last one.

Keep it going and YES WE CAN!!

Hillary Clinton - 2008
The check is in the mail Hillary.
I'm a grunt in the US Army, with 15 years in, and more deployments then I care to remember. I've said it before; most of the Soldiers and Marines I know support Barrack Obama. We highly respect SEN McCain, but he is out of touch with us and our families.  I can tell you with a little authority that military people come from a similar background as SEN Obama. Many come from single parent families, blue collar, some college, and a desire to do better things for their community and nation, much like SEN Obama.  It is a rarity to meet someone from a privileged, wealthy family such as the Clintons and the McCain’s, unless they are serving to pad their resume.  I know that McCain’s sons are in the military, and I applaud them for it, but they went through the Naval Academy, and officers in the military have a much more comfortable life than the enlisted and the NCOs.

Not all of us come from a military background; some of us have family members that are in the same situations that SEN Obama speak of. Now the elitists on the right and in the Clinton camp attack him for speaking the truth. I have Soldiers that have 3 to 5 deployments in Iraq and Afghanistan that was going to get out after serving so greatly for their nation, only to stay in because the job market and economy are scarier than another tour to Iraq.

There is no way that I, and many like me, will vote for Clinton. I am not a misogynist, I support and have voted for women in office, but this woman is a liar. She is no more in touch with the American citizen than the insurgent that took my buddies life. Look at her eyes, they are the windows to the soul, you will see a difference in the glow when she talks to supporters and when SEN Obama does. I know this first hand as I have met her twice; once in South Korea in '92 or '93, and then again recently in NC. On top of that this woman has never made the hard-right choice in her life. She didn't leave her husband when he betrayed her, not that she forgave him, but because it would have been too hard to win a Senate seat going through a divorce. She made the wrong choice on the most unnecessary war in the history of this country (and won't apologize for it), because it was the popular reason to do it at the time.

I wish the candidates and the media would get off this petty crap and give us their differences on the issues.

If you want to support the men and women serving for you in the military, vote to change all of this, vote Obama.
Hillary - I went out and voted today.  It is the first time I have voted in a primary in the 36 years of voting.  Indiana has early voting.

Yep, I am unemployed, jobs are important, so is education, and infrastructure. Putting an umbrella around the middle east - not good policy.

I hear SB Washington may let speak there, but it needs to be after the school day, just like Barack.
Ms. Clinton's supporters need to step up to the plate and support their candidate by sending donations.  I know I have donated to Obama's campaign.  I haven't heard the results yet, but I know Judicial Watch is questioning and investigating whether or not Ms. Clinton can actually accept the money raised from the Elton John fund raiser as he is not a US citizen.  Has anyone heard the results from that yet?
Give credit when credit is due Obama supporters...at least it's not a negative ad, put instead, a 100% issue oriented ad dealing with the most important problem right now...the economy.  If only they continue to stay on message, and please, Bill, keep your big mouth shut already!!!!
Please Hillary, pay your campaign debts.  It makes you look really bad that you haven't.
hmmmm.....CAFTA......NAFTA.....
Hillarious!: (adj.) 1. Honestly believing that Hillary can win.  2.  Believing Hillary will fix NAFTA after she supported it to begin with.  Believing that Hillary dodged sniper fire in Bosnia.  3. Believing that Hillary will change anything in Washington.  4.  Believing that the previous Clinton administration actually did something good for the economy considering there was a Republican Senate and House.  5.  Believing that Hillary cares about anyone but herself.  6.  Believing that Hillary is thoroughly "vetted."  7.  Believing that Barack Obama would risk his life having a megalomaniac as his VP.  8. Believing anything from the Clintons as truth.

Go Hillary go! Tell it like it is and kick some phoney Obama butt in Penn!!!!Stay in the race until you win. Obama is a weak, ineffectual, vulnerable candidate.
Senator Clinton has not managed her funds in a fiscally responsible manner in this campaign.  Yes, Senator Obama has outraised her, but he has also spent his money more wisely.  Senator Clinton, let's remember, has outraised every other primary candidate, except Senator Obama, in history.

Senator Clinton is increasingly reliant on the internet because her big money donors, PAC and lobbyist contributors are maxed out.  Senator Clinton's finance co-chairman Hassan Nemazee called the Internet a "highly volatile" place to raise campaign donations. Senator Obama has raised funds on the Internet without difficulty from the beginning.

Senator Clinton's filed her March reports with the Federal Election Commission last night.

While Senator Clinton's debt owed to the firm run by the campaign's recently deposed top strategist (who remains on Senator Clinton's campaign staff), Mark Penn, began to accumulate a year ago, with $277,147 reported last April, his tab grew to $4.6 million by the end of March. Adviser Mandy Grunwald's consulting firm began extending services to Clinton's campaign more than a year ago, and is now owed $528,480, the report shows. The campaign owes MSHC Partners, a mail and microtargeting firm, nearly $1 million. And for three months the campaign owed $240,000 to senior adviser Harold Ickes's database firm, Catalist.

Campaign finance experts said yesterday that large extended debts owed to professionals could create legal trouble for the campaign if they remain unaddressed.

"Anybody who extends credit to a campaign runs the risk of either losing money or violating the law," said Jan Baran, a Republican election lawyer who defended a mail house for not collecting debt from a campaign.

Senator Clinton is in heavy debt (over 11 million).  Senator Obama is not.  This is in part due to Senator Clinton's need to pay in Iowa to keep up with Senator Obama's on-the-ground volunteer support.  It is also in part due to Senator Clinton's huge bills for staying at 5 Star Hotels like the Bellagio in Vegas.

Since both of these candidates are senators, this campaign is the largest operation either has ever executed.  Senator Clinton's executive performance running her campaign is not fiscally sound.  Senator Obama's executive performance is fiscally sound.

Clinton campaign spokesman Jay Carson said the campaign "pays its bills on a regular basis and will continue to do so." He noted that while firms such as Grunwald Communications; Penn, Schoen & Berland Associates; and Catalist are owed significant sums, the campaign also has made large payments to the firms.
Before Hillary can fix unfair trade deals, she will have to check with her lobbyist husband.  He is getting paid a lot of money to promote CAFTA.

On the subject of health care, are we to believe that Hillary will provide health care for every man, woman, and child in this country?  She doesn't even provide it for her campaign staff members!

The Clintons are living proof that P.T. Barnum was right:  there is a sucker born every minute.

Obama in 2008.  Integrity matters and the Clintons have none.  Hey Hillary, pay your bills, deadbeat!
Well, yes, it is about jobs.  But it is also about honesty. Hoosiers raise their kids teaching them that telling a lie is stealing from the truth. All politicians may stretch things a bit, but to fabricate stories, twist stories, spin truth is not going to cut it. Hillary will not carry Indiana or the nomination because she and Bill have a major problem separating truth from fiction.
Hey, Howard Wolfson, if you're reading this and I'm guessing one of your lackies probably is...how does it feel to have the story of Hillary's positive campaign ad immediately get capped by Bill's lame denial of comments he said just yesterday.  That ad was on top of the column for what...10, maybe 12 minutes?

Were I you, I'd schedule him for some appearances at a HS gym in Guam.  With luck you'll have at least 10 hours on the flight where he can't say something boneheaded.
STAY IN HILLARY
LET FLORIDA AND MICHIGAN GET SEATED RIGHT BEHIND YOU
WE NEED YOU TO STAY STRONG FOR YOUR FOLLOWERS AND FOR OUR COUNTRY,...OBAMA IS A FRAUD
did the stations get the cash up front?

The woman cannot manage her campaign (Penn and Billy's gross conflicts of interest most blatantly), how can she be expected to run the executive branch of government?  She is not qualified for the job.
stay in all the way Hillary---make Obama spend all that oil bundled cash and lobbyist money.Perhaps he can get more Rezko and Farrakhan cash while he is at it.
Hillary should win Penn. in a landslide....the fact that she isn't shows how weak she is.  Come on now, 20 points up a few weeks ago.  I think Hillary supporters should get ready to support Obama.  Its the right thing to do.  There is more difference between the Democrats and Republican than between the Democrats.
Hillary supporters, SHE WILL NOT WIN!  She will win Pennsylvaina and try to make everyone think that her single digit victory shows her strength.  I think it will show her weakness at not being able to win in a landslide in a state that is basically given to her by the establishment (gov. sen. congressmen).  If she doesn't win Penn. by more than 15 points...GET OUT OF THE RACE HILLARY.  WE DON'T WANT YOU!
Job's, Job's, Job's.......Hillary Clinton promised 500,000 Job's, Job's Job's to New York voters when she ran for the Senate.  Since the election New York has lost, lost, lost well over 30,000 job's, job's, job's....She blames other for not hetting the 500,000 jobs in New York, but Bush was President and Hillary still promised 500,000 job's.

Hillary will say anything and hype it until you vote for her and then she will Lie, Lie, Lie......
All of you that's writing in this blog is stupid and haven't Obama one dime, and is not sending a check.
This is your jobs sitting here and writing the stupdist things, When you know that Hillary is the best canidate. Blacks will never learn. You know Obama played the race card on Bill Clinton and you all was crazy enough to go alone with that crap Obama is a big liear. He don't have what it takes to
be the President of the United States. He and that ugly wife need to wait eight more years.
Can I ask most of you people a question? I am going to ask anyway. Why is Ms Clinton still in this race there is no way she can win unless she wins all remaining elections by 65.29%. So why is she destroying the dem party? is she that prideful? in the last 10 contest she will win 4 of those contest by 5 to 9%. NC Oboma will win by over 12% Oregon OBoma 10% Indiana Clinton 3-5%, Nebraska ether one could win by 1 or 2% WV Clinton by 10 to 12%,Kentucky Clinton 10%, Montana tie or one or the other by just a few %,New Mexico 50/50 or one or the other by just a few %. I see no reason to fight on if you can not win all remaining contest by 65.29%, unless you are trying to destroy the democratic party most of the people I talk to are saying the same thing she is to prideful to care about the real people or party.
Hey, Howard Wolfson, if you're reading this and I'm guessing one of your lackies probably is...how does it feel to have the story of Hillary's positive campaign ad immediately get capped by Bill's lame denial of comments he said just yesterday.
*********
Patrick in Houston: First, did you REALLY listen to the comments in SC? Then, did you listen to yesterday's interview?  Tell me where he contradicted himself?  You Obama people are just like your two-faced corrupt politician candidate. You think you can say anything and nobody can/will question it.
GO HILLARY !!!
Even with obamas $$$$ millions wasted in PA - he will not win.  He cannot win the nomination - even if he takes all the remaining states - Fact.
So - this is the perfect time for Obama to step aside - for the good of the party!
Indiana remember one word, NAFTA. The Clintons are the reason we have lost so many jobs to other countries. The people of Ohio forgot that, don't you do the same. Remember to ask for cash up-front, her campaign is broke. Obama 08
I hope Indian and other states read this.. I am for Obama and yes in Texas. I will not vote for Hillary or any Clinton for the simple fact of NAFTA/globalization.. My husband went from a 50k a yer income and full time employment to contract work and 30k. We lost all benefits including our health care holidays, holiday pay, and any resemblance of job security.. It makes no since to lay off hard working folks just to send jobs overseas just because its cheaper. Laying off people who have been with a company for 10 plus years just to save a buck or two. You wanted a reason, well that is just one of MANY I could list as for why this typical white family will NEVER vote for a Clinton..

This ad in my eyes are all lies just like Bosnia..

Obama 08
OMG....her finger prints are all over WHY the american people do NOT have jobs, jobs, jobs, and why we are at war, war, war.. Gosh, just last night she was putting us in a nuclear war with Iran.... by the way... I was reading that OBAMA's name is not on some ballots in PA.. people are calling in like crazy to a government office.... Who do you think might be behind this??? CRAZY
You have to love the Hillary reteric about jobs. She has done so well since being in the N.Y. Senete promising 250,000 new jobs and achieving a negetive 30,000. How long is everyone going to put up with this.
Delores - you better pray that HRC runs the economy better than she manages her campaign finances or we'll be borrowing even more money from China.

You wanna know a even bigger secrect - Presidents have very little control over the economy, but they do have control over fiscal responsibility and balancing budgets.
The midwest is big on honesty, something Clinton is not!!  Lets stop this process which is making a lot of people angry and can't help Clinton.  The math is the math and Obama has already won!
Obama 08
