McCain health care ad

McCain is going up with this ad on health care in Ohio, per the campaign.

Here's the script:

JOHN MCCAIN: I'm John McCain and I approved this message.

There's many, many solutions to this problem.

ANNCR: Bold solutions for America's health care mess.

Straight talk to provide portable, affordable health care.

Require millionaires to get off prescription drug subsidies.

End junk lawsuits that tax consumers.

Lower prescription drug prices through importation programs.

Bold new solutions. Not tired old politics.

"Not tired old politics".  That how we view YOU, John! Get ready for Obama '08! You'll look like the silly old man you really are!
From a purely modern media perspective, this ad is hilarious.  It looks like it was made by my 8 year old nephew on the computer, but using old Apple programs from the 90s.

My favorite is the waving flag in McCain's name in the first frame.

This guy seriously makes Bob Dole look like quite the stud.
What are the bold solution?  I think I missed it.

Import Drugs, from were China?  We thought we had a problem with our children's toys.  That would be insane.

I am all about affordable health care just tell me how you would make it affordable.
Please spare me the bull McCain.  You're not for the little guy and your healthcare plan is not for the little guy.  Florida is calling you...  Please go.
It would be really interesting if the political team would run us some comparisons of the different polling organizations' track histories over the course of this past years' primary season. You know, like what they predicted at a given time point, and how close they came to actual results...

Thanks,
This is not a plan!! - This is a joke!!
Same old recipe.  Trust profit driven corporations.  John McCain has had government sponsored health care his entire life.  Republican eliitist and hypocrite.
where's the beef
McCain with the ying, and the yang of a Health Care Policy.

Portable Affordable rhymes, but what does it mean?

Require millionaires to get off prescription drug subsidies. Duh! Why did'nt you present this in a bill to Congress John?

End junk lawsuits that tax consumers = Repub pork slipped into his Health Care platform.

Lower prescription drug prices through importation programs = Poorer quality drugs, that could kill you, but they'll be cheaper!

Bold new solutions. Not tired old politics =

BS Solutions         By a tired old politician
