White House reacts to McClellan's book

From NBC's Les Kretman
White House press secretary Dana Perino released this statement on Scott McClellan's critical book on the Bush White House:

"Scott, we now know, is disgruntled about his experience at the White House. For those of us who fully supported him, before, during and after he was press secretary, we are puzzled. It is sad -- this is not the Scott we knew."

More from Perino: "The book, as reported by the press, has been described to the president. I do not expect a comment from him on it -- he has more pressing matters than to spend time commenting on books by former staffers."

Dana Perino would frighten me a lot more were she not so obviously an android. And not a very lifelike one at that.

Right?

Eight more months...just eight more months....
I wonder when Dana Perino is going to write her book.

Man, I seriously thought that the White House Briefing Room couldn't get worse after Scottie 2 Hottie got the boot. Then Dana-Bear came in and the whole room suddenly turned ice cold.

No, really, how is it POSSIBLE that she's a worse press secretary than McClellan?
Why does it seem like everyone involved is acting like 14-year-old girls?
This is breaking news? who cares
So am I simply a disgruntle American along with the other 81% of the populace?

McCain's (media ignored) Triple Play:  Hagee, Parsley, and Falwell.
She needs to shut her face and allow him his 1st Amendment.

I saw this coming a mile away...of course they will say he is disgruntled.  She has a few more months of employment, she needs to find another job which requires her to lie!
Donna Perino sounds about as smug and snarky as . . . who does she remind me of . . . oh I know, Scott McClelland !!
Dubya has more pressing matters???? Oh please!
It's going to be hard for Bush et al. to spin this one. McClelland is now saying what some of us have known for years & years. Bush is out of touch, engages in Doublethink (look up the definition in 1984), and Iraq is a war of choice.

Thanks, Scott, for confirming what some of us have known since January 2001.
They stabbed him in the back once already - what's one more time.....
The Bush White House is completely out of touch & still thinks people will buy every convenient lie or spin they concoct...
ha ha. just the kind of response you can expect from the Bush administration. More baseless lies.
We knew it all along...now, we know it to be true with complete certainty.  It takes a lot of courage for the President's own former press secretary to come forward and finally fess up.  This is huge.  Finally...the truth.
Bush and his staffers se van a quedar como el perro del carnicero -- lambiendose el pico y el belduque.

Lies, lies, lies!

Obama 08! Spurs 09!

How could any sophisticated "political propaganda campaign" include Scott McClellan, and be led by the great communicator President Bush?
That sounds like something that would only make sense to the conspiracy theory followers of the left's Joseph Gerbles (Keith Olbermann). Orwellian
Ouch. A spitting match. It's hard to feel to sorry for Scott McClennan given his role in helping this administration carry out its terrible agenda.
The rhetoric spewing from the White House sounds like he is a terrorist. Wow.
A Dissertation on Disillusionment: http://blakeneven.blogspot.com
WOW......THE GOP REALLY DO THINK AMERICA IS STUPID.

The guy has to make a buck somehow. Apparently the lefties in this country have a lot of money to waste, enjoy fiction (see Re-Count, or better yet Re-tard for details), so why not market to them?
Well of course they are going to try and discredit him. It won't work because this is someone who WORKED at the White House for 7 years and who was close to President Bush. I applaud Scott McClellan for taking a stand against this ineffective White House!
The White House will soon discover the American electorate is "disgruntled" as well.
This is just another kick in the face of the American people. How much more can we take with this administration?
"Scott, we now know, is disgruntled about his experience at the White House. For those of us who fully supported him, before, during and after he was press secretary, we are puzzled. It is sad -- this is not the Scott we knew."

The voice of true political spin.  The president just got b***h-slapped by an ex-employee.

Thanks Scott.
Again:

Republicans had better be using their time to come up with solutions to our nations problems; rather than wasting our time with additional "gaffe" moments and senseless "spin".

We have had it with the BS!! Don't you get it yet??!!

If you want to rebuild your party "Brand", now is the time to start responding to the people's demands for responsible government!!

If you do not understand what that is; please consult with those outside your party and start trying to unify the nation with concrete solutions!!

More of the "Same" simply will not work for anyone again!!

--------------------------

So far, the current White House is not even willing to listen to those of their own group, who now say what the public figured out was true some time ago...

THIS IS NOT A GAME!! NO ONE NEEDS TO "SPIN" ANYTHING FOR THE PUBLIC!!

WE HIRED YOU TO DO A JOB; AND YOU HAVE FAILED US!!

GET BACK TO WORK; AND FOR THE REST OF YOUR SHORT TERM; IF YOU CANNOT DO THE PEOPLES' BUSINESS; AT THE VERY LEAST; DO NO ADDITIONAL HARM!!
Mcclelland verifies what we always suspected and the White House comments only on how wrong they were in their perception of him.
To the credit of George W. Bush...

He really is as stupid as he looks.

We all realized much to our chagrin that the Iraq situation was a " Fiasco " and when some of the people close to the situation stopped drinking the " kool aid ' : the truth would come out
"Scott, we now know, is disgruntled about his experience at the White House."

Experience at the White House? Under the Bush Administration, who wouldn't be disgruntled?
Dana Perino, Cylon. A mechanized clone masquerading as a real human being.

As Michael Scott said, under somewhat different circumstances, "This was not a disgruntled employee, it was a crime of passion. Everyone here is extremely gruntled."

Perino, when you tell the truth, JUST ONCE, we'll start listening to you.  When you're trying to reclaim your soul a few years down the road, you'll be writing one of these books also.
Yet another line of BS from the Bush White House
Scott always seemed pretty gruntled to me.
Get real, another "tell all" book designed to make money.  Do you think he would have gotten a big advance if he had promised to write that everything he saw was as presented at the time?  Heck no and that is why these tell alls are a bunch of rubbish based on profit incentive not facts.  This is true no matter who is president or which party they are from...
same lies / new face
Let's be honest.  Is there ANYONE that is truly stunned by these revelations?  The White House "sold" the war, Rove lied about Plame involvement, Rice casts blame on all but herself, Cheney pulls the strings behind the curtain, etc.

Am I the only one that thought this all along?  I think not.
Impeach NOW, for lying to the People of the United States of America.
That's right...he's pondering how to get in a few holes of golf and getting that putz McCain elected so he and Rove can get away with manipulating his historical legacy.
W....Liar,Coward,War Criminal and now Cokehead LOL
Impeach NOW, for lying to the People of the United States of America.
OUTRAGE !!!! is what I feel about what this president and his men have gotten away with. And us citizens have followed it like sheep!
thousands of our young men and women dead. hundreds of thousands of Iraqi men, women and children dead.  George Bush and his men have a lot of blood on their hands. Liars and theives....
Another money hungry attention seeker with no honor. Can anyone wonder why Bush doesn't trust anyone with idiots like McClellan? I am not excusing Bush's actions, but in any government you have to have some form of secrecy, loyalty, and the ability to control your mouth (or pen). McClellan has no honor - he is nothing more than a traitor that will be glorified by the press and others who hate this country.
Thank you, Scott McClellan, for exercising rare courage in confirming that Bush was duped by his tailors -- indeed, he has no clothes.  What a tragic chapter this has been in the history of the American Presidency. You've issued a timely wake-up call to the electorate.
I wonder if Bush will even be invited to the Rebublican convention.  I hope he does as I look forward to seeing McOld and Bush hugging and waving...Good-bye.  McOld and Hillary supported the war. Barack had the good judgment to say, "This war is wrong!' Over 4,000 good American men and women have died for no damn good reason.  It time to turn the page, end the war.
You think they could come up with something more pointed than "disgruntled". Like, "Scott must have been taken over by aliens" or "we don't really trust anyone from Texas." Wait a minute, strike that last one.

Anyway, they should have thought of something a little more creative. I mean, he is a long-time operative who just insunuated that the President is incompetent and purposefully misled the country into a modern version of Vietnam.

But, then Scott is "disgruntled".
As Americans,We already knew the truth of about this war. It's all lies and more of the same of this Admins who distroyed this nice Country and made us the worest hated nation on earth. We don't need another Bush staffer to come up with a stupied book and tell us some bull shit to know about. So can make some cheap BUCKS of any stupied person who even think about buying this guy book. Everyone in This Admins is coming up with something to make easy money. I ask every ture American not to buy this guy book, and countinue the call for peace. One more thing,The American people should take this President to Court for all the death and the money he wasted.
Yoseff, are you one of the Americans who still think Saddam was behind 9/11?   I'm sure you're one of the 27% who are still in dreamland thinking that Bush is doing a good job.   Better not throw stones when you live in a glass house...
C'mon, everyone has to have a tell all these days.  Lies sell, the truth doesn't.  But I love reading all the comments from the whiners anyways.  Keep up the good whining girls!!!
"disgruntled"? Why yes, beling lied to and treated like he was, who wouldn't be?  :-)

That's all they can say? Didn't deny the facts now did they!
