It's more than just oil.  Try drug trafficing at the superpower level.  Bin Laden is a screen to hide it.  The files you see of him training with Al Qaeda should be interpreted as the training of the drug chartel Al Qaeda against those infiltrating the poppy bussiness in Afganistan which the elite of America is for.

This is the mind set Obama is going after.  If they don't kill him like JFK, his forerunner, and yes it's also what killed John O'Neil.  They killed 3,000 people in the WTC to get O'Neil and logistics supporting Al Qaeda.
For me, its not about hating anyone. I simply believe that Senator Obama is the best candidate. It's been a hard race, Senator Clinton hung in there, good for her. But it's not over yet, we have work to do.
The lady in the yellow pants suit is getting ready to sing...

Obama '08
STOP COVERING THE CLINTON VP CRAP
You are PROMOTING the very thing you've accused Hillary of staging.

Ricky, thank you… your excellent chose of word summed the primary season to an end.  Our sentiments exactly, thank you again!  Congratulations to all of Senator Barack Obama’s Supports!    My husband and I are celebrating this evening with cocktails.  Obama ’08!

Obama can go to hell, like where he'll take this country, Clinton supporter need to vote for McCain
Well deserved Senator Obama. You have managed a very professional exciting compaign on issues, in involving us, in managing your budget and to get us to feel this country and the world have great hopes!
You will be a great President!
Dear Dennis,

Why would you feel John McCain is a worthy political substitute for Clinton? Is it the 180 degrees completely separating their policies?

Thanks and I look forward to your thoughtful response.
Senator Obama...congratulations.  Senator Clinton...Thankyou for your vision and for speaking for all of us in America.  You seem to understand Americans and what we want and need for our country more than any other candidate. I will always be one of your biggest supporters and hope for the sake of the Democratic Party and our country that you are the V.P. candidate.  I speak for many million Americans when I say...Hillary Clinton's name on the ticket will make it a lot more likely for us to vote at all in November.  This contest was so close I think it would be a shame for you not be on the ticket.  Thankyou.  Thankyou.
Right on with that thought Capt.Smash you are so right and that was so well said ....just had to say well thought out and articulated...Go Obama and on the same heart felt feeling GOD BLESS US ALL EVERYONE...AND GOD BLESS AMERICA...sorry for the tiny tim quote but it feels like X-MAS..
Question: First Read on MSNBC right now your popular vote count shows Hillary ahead - excluding MI. Yet this does not match up with RealClear Politics calculations. I'm confused. How does she get this lead without Michigan? And, why don't you remind viewers that this does not include several caucus states?
It is most important to keep in perspective that this is a historic night!!!!  A virtual unknown, and a person of color winning the nomination for the President of this Country.  We should be very proud of our Country.  Make the VP discussion one for later, and focus on the VICTORY of this candidate.
Thank God...I'm happy, this is historic and I would love the media to simply recognize that. We can talk about Hillary next time. Congrats to Obama and to Democrats. God Bless the USA
The second that Obama declares victory will be the saddest moment in american history. For the first time in a presidential election a terrorist lover and his America Hating wife will be on the supposed ticket.

I and thousands of Democrats will vote McCain. 4 more years of bush is a thousand times better than those thugs.

If today plays out the way you all think it will today will be another 12-12-2000. We will remember today as the day we saw our "inevitable WH win" flushed down the toilet. Wow it was sure exciting to see history made! Sure glad we picked the "inspiring" candidate instead of the winning one. You all suck!
So why are you adding them to Obama's Delegates?

Shirley - they're added because they came out and publically ENDORSED Obama.

If they change their minds the count will change to reflect it.

Doesn't she have to concede BEFORE she can be interested in being VP?
Rick, Ky:

I've known since 2000 that would get past George W. Bush in 8 years.

If Hillary doesn't go as VP, then we'll have another 4 years of failed Bush policies ahead of us.
that in my lifetime
people of color could not live in my city
of La Salle Illinois
that i was suspended for asking why our history books had no mention of African Americans at La Salle- Peru High School in racist La Salle, Illiois
that today
6-8-08
this wonderful man
who inspires me as did MLK and JFK
even though i was a child then,
today
this AMERICAN who happens to NOT  be white...
IS
the nominee for president of our united states
i pinch myself
i await the onslaught of veiled racism
to rear its ugly head
with force and fire that equates any natural or man made disaster we have seen

we have barely even begun
these next few months will feel like decades

i am the happiest person on earth

Letter to Barack Obama:

Dear Senator Obama,

Here is some unsolicited, unemotional, no-drama advice.

Offer to help Mrs. Clinton pay off her campaign debt AND let her know there is a cabinet position waiting for her if she wants it. Do this in exchange for her vigorous help and support with your Presidential campaign.

BUT do not offer her the Vice President nomination, please.

Reasons not to ask Hillary Clinton to be your VP:

1. It will energize and mobilize the Republicans against you and the Democrats.

2. She will not be able to subordinate her ideas and style to your ideas and style.

3. As a Clinton she will stand in complete contradiction to your over-arching theme of CHANGE.

4. Bill Clinton!  Remember what happened when Ferraro's husband was not vetted completely and properly; his dirty laundry helped sink that Democratic ticket.  Bill is a loose cannon.  Bill Clinton's many volitale issues, which you were gracious enough not to bring up in the primaries, will provide a field day for the Republicans to hurt you.

From a loyal supporter who really does want to see you win the Presidency in the fall.
It is really sad that some people are so bitter that they feel they have to vote for John McCain in the fall, just because your candidate didnt win.  Just remember as you make your threats what the last eight years have been like.  I guess you all have done pretty well financially, think the war is going well, enjoy paying $4+ a gallon for gas, enjoy not having healthcare, and the list goes on.
I for one have made more and more money in the almost eight years of the Bush presidency, yet i have sense enough to see that Barack Obama will be so much better for this nation and for the working men and women, and families of this nation. Don't be blinded by ignorance or hate or hurt feelings, or some other stupid reason and end up voting (YET AGAIN) against your own best interests. I would think that two terms of that is MORE than enough.
Operation 'chaos', huh?  Ha Ha Ha Ha!
Whatta dumb-ass, Rush!
Hooray! Hooray for us all and for Senator Obama. Hooray for the Republic and for our children and grandchildren. Hooray for our men and women in uniform. Hooray for our US dollar and our US working men and women. Hooray for young voters under 45. Hooray for senior citizens and feminists like me. Hooray for the farmers and the IT sectors. Hooray for our democracy. At last we have come through.
I've been an Obama supporter since South Carolina (after Richardson and then Edwards dropped out).  I've read Obama's books and grown to admire him more and more as a real hope to unite us on the issues that we share instead of what divides.  And he is so smart! Look how well he managed this campaign.  And I was shuddering at the thought of Sen. Clinton forcing herself on as VP until a friend in Phoenix told about a rumor that Obama would announce her as his pick tonight and I thought about it all day long and you know what?  I think that would be good.  Imagine him saying that to unite this country his first step is to unite our party.  And in the Lincoln tradition, keep your rivals close to you to keep your eye on them and co-opt them into your leadership.  And imagine this scene tonight if Sen. Clinton somehow slipped in to St. Paul and joined him with hands raised on that platform where the Republicans are to meet in a couple of months - won't that deflate their balloons!  Then McCain says, "Gee, maybe I should pick a VP"  Maybe Obama can offer him a place in his cabinet next January.

Yes we can.  And so far, we did good.
TRULY HISTORIC!

Wish I had some fireworks; I'd light 'em up!

Time to buy some soon for the GE this November; the ULTIMATE CONTEST!

This time will be tougher than 1992 or 1996; no Ross Perot-type to take away votes from the Repug challenger.

This win in November will be LEGIT!
If only Rosa Parks had lived to see this night.  As a white man I am in tears at how far we've come as Democrats.
I just cannot stop sobbing with relief and sheer exuberant JOY!  Despite "the kitchen sink", Senator Obama , his wife Michelle and his staff stayed the course and made this leg of the journey come to fruition.  I will savor the joy for tonight, because tomorrow we begin in earnest to take back the White House and the Congress.
As for VP, I pray that Sen Obama does NOT choose Senator Clinton....that's just too heavy baggage for the rest of this journey.  I do hope that he finds a strong and capable woman to join him on the ticket.
God bless the Obamas.  God bless America!
Captain Smash:

I can see beyond race and gender.  I can't base any part of my vote on something so superficial. I have nothing against a black or female president.  At the same time, I also don't think we owe the world a black or female president any more than Mexico does.

And I don't think it will matter much to you and yours if McCain selects Colin Powell, Condoleeza Rice or Sarah Palin as his running mate.

It's the Democrat thing that I can't get past.
To all Sen. Obama and Sen. Clinton supporters I am reminded of what another Democratic Vice President and Presidential candidate said.  It is all the more relevant this evening considering he was a South Dakotan by birth and Minnesotan by choice.  He also put civil rights on the party platform in 1948.

"You cannot go around and keep score. If you keep score on the good things and the bad things, you'll find out that you're a very miserable person. God gave man the ability to forget, which is one of the greatest attributes you have. Because if you remember everything that's happened to you, you generally remember that which is the most unfortunate."
   Hubert H. Humphrey 1911-1978
" i will vote for Mccain now because hillary lost" im 19 , most of you id assume is above 25 and yet to say that i beleive you think this is a game and thats ashame....obama and hillary agreed on almost all the issues but want to achieve them in a different way but yet we cant say the same for mccain i dont understand you people
