MoveOn has announced it will spend $150,000 to air this new pro-Obama TV ad on MTV and Comedy Central. The ad -- which won MoveOn's “funniest video” in its recent ad contest -- features Rider Strong of "Boy Meets World" and Amber Benson of "Buffy the Vampire Slayer."

"What about an ad that speaks to blue collar or older voters?" --A Charles McBush

Here you go--
(holds out an egg) "this is your brain"
(puts the egg in an egg carton and places it in the refrigerator and closes the door) "this is your brain on fear"

Another one--
(holds out an egg) "this is your child"
(drops the egg to the floor where there is a big pile of broken eggs) "this is your children on war"

Last one--
(holds out an egg) "this is your world"
(breaks the egg into a hot frying pan) "this is your world on global warming"
I forgot, we laughed when Scooter was CONVICTED too.
Refreshing.  Grumpy old Mr. Wilson would have never thought of anything like this!!!
At least in Texas, we do not see any presidential campaign ads. Of course, I do not watch MTV, but even stations that I do watch are void of the ads. Recently in Florida and the airwaves are full of the presidential campaign ads. All stations all the time. It gets old very quick.  These ads only work on people who are drinking the Kool-Aid. How much can you comprehend in 30 seconds sound bites? Can a candidate really tell us anything in 30 seconds?
Does the commercial portray our military leaders as being traitors?

As opposed to McCain's allegation about Obama "wanting" to lose the war against terror, thus calling Obama a traitor? You tell me.
We are sick and tired of the scare tactics and the lies that have been fed to us under the Bush administration. Republicans in Congress, including John McCain, have been accomplices of this administration. In these times of economic hardship and instability around the world, John McCain wants to continue to mislead and scare us. Enough is enough.
