Michelle touches down in Denver

Posted: Sunday, August 24, 2008 3:20 PM by Mark Murray

From NBC/NJ's Carrie Dann
DENVER -- Michelle Obama, accompanied by daughters Malia and Sasha, touched down in Denver this afternoon. Upon arrival at the airport, the aspiring First Lady was greeted by Colorado Gov. Bill Ritter and First Lady Jeannie Ritter. Also awaiting her on the tarmac was a group of supporters made up of Colorado service group members and first-time delegates to the Democratic convention.

Mrs. Obama was also accompanied by her mother, 71-year-old Marian Robinson.

Michelle wore a white button-down blouse, black capri pants, and red flat shoes. Malia and Sasha dutifully greeted supporters with the group, sticking close to mom and grandma.

Mrs. Obama received lengthy hugs from the supporters assembled to greet her, including from 82-year-old Ann Hadfield, a first-time delegate from Pennsylvania.

The Obama family spent about 15 minutes greeting the supporters under a hot blue sky before piling in to the motorcade.

Interesting, reporting on Michelle's apparel but no report on John McCain's $520 Italian designer shoes?  What about his shirt, tie and jacket?
It's all about the Circus for the Democrats. They have no plans, no ideas, no future, but boy can they put on a circus. The party does seem overstuffed with clowns like Biden, Obama, Pelosi, and Reid though, so it does appear appropriate.
So this is political analysis  . . . a run down on Michelle Obama's attire?  Is this NBC or Entertainment Tonight!!??

Come on, folks!  We're about to make the most important decision this decade, and the best you have to offer is a running commentary on Mrs. Obama's fashion!?
All bow!! The Queen has arrived!!
How can anyone say such bad things about Michelle.
She is not spending 750 thousand dollars a month on her credit cards.  Cindy McCain wears 3000 dollar suits daily...
You guys really get off reporting on this stuff. Not sure if you're reporting on politics, or on yet another trashy Hollywood event. Lets just say it's a little weird.
Was she "really proud for the first time" to be in Denver or did she find the it to be "a mean place" in 2008 that she views the rest of the country?
Malia, Sasha, and the elegant Michelle Obama and grandma are the perfect image of America’s values resulting from hard word. The mixture for the American dream.

If the McCain camp thinks the Rezko deal stinks to the high heavens, it might be interesting to note... No matter what the GOP says about Rezko (which by the way there were no convictions on Obama’s part). This is huge--There are many more skeletons in McCain’s crypt that will rattle McCain’s absent mind. Start with real truth of the Keating 5.
Absentminded/lying McCain (possibly undiagnosed Alzheimer’ candidate  is always omitting facts with his negative ads They will be prepared to show McCain's "home" in Hanoi by using images of his cell.  For the umpteenth time we know that, we appreciate that and respect that.
But, being a POW doesn’t mandate CIC there’s a real lack of enthusiasm for him personally due to his possibly undiagnosed Alzheimer. The FEAR CARD won’t work. Biden will smack the feeble- minded McCain down.

Acceptance is apathy!

Obama/ Biden 08/12
Nobody, but Obama

So, Kathy, when did you last shop with Cindy McCain?  And, where's your nasty ass comments about Obama's Italian made suits?  Are you just jealous or do you not believe in the American dream that if you work hard you can achieve?  Did you know that Cindy McCain's father was of very modest means, that he took a risk in going into business?  My parents, my grandparents have always wanted better for their children and to "leave" something for them if possible.  So, why don't you and Stinky Obama join hands and play "ring around the rosie" on the American flag, the American dream because apparently you agree with Stinky that being successful is vile and ugly.
