Richardson's shot at Bill

Bill Richardson took a bit of a swipe at Bill Clinton after Hillary Clinton's rousing speech.

She was "sending a signal to her supporters -- and maybe her husband -- that they should go all out for Barack Obama," Richardson told NBC's David Gregory from the convention floor.

There was friction between Clinton and Richardson during the primary season after Richardson, who served in the Clinton cabinet, came out in support of Obama. Richardson even watched the Super Bowl with Bill Clinton -- as the former president was courting his support. When Richardson threw his support to Obama, former Clinton adviser James Carville went so far as to call the New Mexico governor, "Judas."

NBC News has confirmed that Hillary Clinton will be at Obama's Invesco speech. Bill Clinton's plans, however, remain unclear.

BILL CLINTON would disgrace himself further if he lets his wife down once more. NO ONE can rip the opposition in a speech the way Bill Clinton can. Will he find the maturity and the fire-in-the-belly to follow up her
barrage and take the Bush/Cheney/McCain/Repubs. on and rip them apart? Hope so. And then there's still BIDEN!

Deborah I saw something in Bill's eyes that made me think he is gonna come out and kick some repbulican butt and take names . John you are wrong Richardson is a good man. I think this story is more foder for the media but after tomorrow when , excuse me(President Clinton) passes the torch to Obama this thing will be over all that riff talk and the Republicans walking around with there bung holes aching from getting kicked in it. So yes Hillary delivered and if Bill hangs true to form then he is my Pres again.

Bill Clinton can go a long way to rehabilitate himself if he follows Hillary's lead. If he chooses to be narcissistic or equivocal, all the good will and great words of tonight will be lost.
