Say goodbye to 'thanks but no thanks'?

THE VILLAGES, Fla. -- Has Sarah Palin said "thanks but no thanks" to one of her most well-known applause lines?

In her speech today in Florida, Palin did not mention the infamous "bridge to nowhere." Nor have we heard the line in her last few joint appearances with John McCain. In fact, according to NBC's logs, the last time she mentioned the bridge was six days ago at a rally in Golden, CO. Prior to that, the bridge refrain was a fixture of Palin's stump speech (used at least 11 different times).

A campaign advisor rejected the notion that the absence of the line is a tacit concession that Palin's claims about the bridge project have been misleading. The advisor suggests this is just the normal course of varying the stump speech and that we may hear reference to the bridge again soon.

Oh thank you!!  We've had a daily reprieve for 6 days.  Maybe they figured out the public was tired of this lie and are conjuring up the next one.  But then again, I don't think they know fact from fiction.  Especially the way John's been acting so confused, frustrated, on the verge of exploding lately.  He sure does seem to have an edge to him lately. High anxiety going on there buddy.
Obama/Biden 08'
it is sad that american has not caught with all the lies MClie and his paper vp have been saying. I am still in shock that is this close.  but that is america for you.  The men & women of our military are fight a war with no end and to let a vp with no expirance be that close to the presidency it is scary.  May god help us get through this and help pick the right leader.  Hopefully is not because of color or gender, but because is the right leader for the right time.  May god bless US truely
Yea, right, "the normal course of varying the stump speech".  In other words, the world knows that I'm lying and insist on calling me on it.  So, finally I will just drop the whole subject..go down as a lying Lipsticker.
Thanks, but no thanks...!!!
Maybe Palin will start bragging about the "road to nowhere" that was built with taxpayer dollars.  That's right.  She built a gravel road that goes to where that bridge was gonna be but there's no bridge.  What a waste of money!
Maybe the good Christianist Governor remembered that it's still a sin to tell a lie?

I'm not holding my breath.
Who needs her to say "thanks but no thanks" anymore when so many people are constantly saying that about HER!
