Palin: Ahmadinejad 'must be stopped'

From NBC's Domenico Montanaro
Palin has an op-ed in the New York Sun, with what would have been her remarks had she still been attending an anti-Iran rally.

She calls for sanctions on Iran's Central Bank and asks for a "call for action" against the country. "We gather here today to highlight the Iranian dictator's intentions and to call for action to thwart him. He must be stopped. The world must awake to the threat this man poses to all of us."

And this: "Earlier this year, Senator Clinton said that 'Iran is seeking nuclear weapons, and the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps is in the forefront of that' effort. Senator Clinton argued that part of our response must include stronger sanctions, including the designation of the IRGC as a terrorist organization. John McCain and I could not agree more. Senator Clinton understands the nature of this threat and what we must do to confront it."

Palin must be stopped!!!!
As if we did not have enough problems as if- the economy, health care, education, Iraq- this idiot want's to drag us back into the Cold War.
I am very concerned about this VP pick.
Maybe Ms. Palin & Mccain will Bomb Bomb Bomb Iran.
Please stop evoking Senator Clinton name. Palin does not understand the nature of this threat and what we must do to confront it.

Those of you not wanting to vote Obama due too his skin tone and this scpitedd,m inexperienced lying woman remember…

THE SOUP LINE WILL NOT BE SEGMENTED. Are you and Palin READY?.

THE SOUP LINE WILL NOT BE SEGMENTED.

Enough glossing over!
No way!
No how!
No McCain/Palin
Thank you, governor Palin.

Oh, and Barack:  just what is it you think you have to discuss with this man?  Do you think your soaring rhetoric will get him to change his mind about amassing nuclear weapons with which to threaten the world?

Listen up, voters-were it not for Barack's spiritual godfather, Jimmy Carter, we would not be dealing with this threat today.  The Ayatollah Khomeini would have died of old age in France, and there would have been no Revolution in Iran.  President Carter thought that he could reason with these people, and treat them gently and with 'human rights', (which, of course, they deny others), so, today, we are facing a possibly nuclear armed Iran.  Do you really expect to feel safe with Obama at the helm?  I don't, and neither does anyone with an ounce of sense.

Which leaves out all you Obamabots.
Is this a JOKE???
Who wrote it????
Not Palin, she doesnt even know where Iran is. She thinks it means I ran to the store or I ran to catch a moose
PLEASE
This stuff all emanates from the "let's-show-Palin-as-a-potential-world-leader" wing of the McCain Campaign, no?  More lipstick on yet another pig, er pit bull!

Obama/Biden '08
A Call to Action?  That's the best she can come up with?  She obviously didn't write a word of this because she didn't say "Thanks, but no thanks to Ahmadinejad"
Great!  Senator Clinton - who is actually in a position to help shape policy - will work well with the Obama administration in finding a solution to our differences with Iran. John McCain is in the Senate as well.

So who needs you?

Thank you for your endorsement of Senator Clinton however.  Glad you agree.
Is this an Palin Op-Ed or a McCain campaign Op-Ed?
Good to see they are pandering the Clinton supporters
Don't worry, BO already going to meet him anywhere anytime and sing Kumbaya.

Can't we all just get along?
Yay another war!  It reminds me of how Cheney and Bush were beating the war drums before Iraq.  (and McCain hasn't even been elected yet!)

GZ
SHE HAS NO CLUE!  SHE THINKS THAT IS SOMETHING NEW? WE NEEDED HER TO COME HERE AND TELL US????????????
Is this a joke? seriously? Palin shold quit the Hillary talks! Hillary worked for her stuff, you were handpicked by someone who beleived the economy was strong, when it was shambles. MSNBC... this aint newsworthy!
I would bet all odds that she did not even write her op-ed comments. Her credibility in my eyes is pretty low and coupled with "being able to see Russia from her house" makes her comments worthless!
Why should any voter have faith in Sarah Palin and her views on Iran? She can't look out her kitchen window and see it, after all. It doesn't build my faith to see her surrounded by all the Bush people, either.
Oh Lord, she learned a new name and we're going to be hearing that one all week. Did it take her the whole weekend to learn how to pronounce it? Maybe she can see Eye-Ran from her house--if so she can shoot him with her moose gun next time he comes out on his front porch to sip tea.
We need Sarah Palin to tell us that Ahmadinejad must be stopped?

What suddenly makes HER the expert on Iran?  Does she have a Persian rug or something?

Lipstick or not, you're WAY out of your league, Governor.  Shoot wolves from planes is not a foreign policy.  Drill, drill, drill is not a foreign policy.  God's will is not a foreign policy.
A Palin/McCain administration would bring us into W.W.III.
If Sarah Palin says she is ready on day one then maybe she should prove it by using her own words and thoughts and stop quoting Hillary all the time. Oh! I forgot she's not allowed to talk for herself, what does that tell you about the McCain-Palin ticket?
this woman must make hillary clinton gag
Listen to John McCain ---when questioned on 60 Minutes---if Sarah Palin is qualified to be PRESIDENT of the United States.

His answer,   "ABSOLUTELY....ABSOLUTELY".

Voters.....this person is insane, out of any sense of reality.    Unbelievable.    John McCain has absolutely NO idea what he is doing.

VOTE OBAMA/BIDEN '08

Isn't she quite the pander bear. Maybe while she is trying to woo Clinton backers she can explain why she chose a Road to Nowhere instead of funding a Rape and Sexual Abuse prevention program.
I guess Palin is qualified to comment on IRan because she can see it from her window?
Palin has got to be kidding.  Does she think that by quoting Hillary Clinton on the situation in Iran that the Hillary supporters are going to switch their vote from Obama to McCain!

No way and they will never get Hillary's true supporters.  Oh they may get some of the supporters who were voting for her ONLY because she was a woman, but those people would have voted for ANYONE with a "pantsuit".

McCain/Palin need to get a life outside of politics.  They are sleazy liars and not very bright ones.
