The New York Times covers Palin calling into Rush Limbaugh’s show yesterday. “‘I tell you, I’m in a quandary here this morning,’ Mr. Limbaugh began. ‘I admire you so much. I really don’t even know what to ask.’”

Per NBC/NJ’s Matthew E. Berger, Palin will be calling into conservative talk-radio host Mike Gallagher this morning.

The Times also reports that Palin and her husband attended a small fundraising reception sponsored by Lady Lynn Forester de Rothschild and a handful of other former Hillary backers.

And tongue-in-cheek (as always), Maureen Dowd looks at the conservatives who aren’t big fans of Palin.

It is still amazing that Palin will not address the issues and her candidacy on the Sunday morning talk shows. How does she get away with that? I understand that she doesn't want a rerun of the Katie Couric interviews but she needs to answer specific questions rather than pontificate and incite hate during her rallys.
Limbaugh remains entertainment. The more entertainment he provides, the more he is paid. Palin is pure entertainment. And since he does not really care about "the people" she is perfect for his audience.
Lady de Rothschild's loaylty switch is also appalling. Why would she support a female candidate whose policies are the exact antithesis of everything that Hillary has achieved?

1. Why did you attend 6 colleges?
2. Why do you support a party that wants to leave this country you say you love?
3. Did you get back to Katie on the questions asked that you looked like a deer in the headlights?
4. Who paid for the building of your home.
5. Why do/did you abuse your power as govenor?
6.Why aren't your kids in school.(Sarah thats where you learn to put words together to make coherant sentences.)
7.If you get elected(God Forbid) will you let Todd in on National Security so he can tell his buddies of the American Party.
8.When and who told you that you might have the brains to be Vice President.
9. Why won't you go on Meet the Press,Face the Nation
This week on ABC, or even on Murdock and Friends.
10. Why don't you think the RNC and McCain Campaign won't let you talk to the media and let the American people see who you are and what you stand for.You don't have to answer that, your limited press exposure has answered that one for us.

In that Utube video, as a leader of the Party she invite and welcome the members into the 2008 National Convention of Alaska Independance Party. Joe Voegler is the founder of Alaskan Independance Party and according to him "I'm an Alaskan, not an American," Vogler once said. "I've got no use for America or her damned institutions." he had renounced his allegiance to the United States explaining that, "The fires of hell are frozen glaciers compared to my hatred for the American government." Vogler even cursed the American flag, pledging, "I won't be buried under their damned flag...when Alaska is an independent nation they can bring my bones home."

McCain will ask Obama about Ayers in the debate but why make it known. Obama now has plenty of time to have his answers ready.

Maureen Dowd often captures the essence of a given issue and she has nailed Palin.

As I listened to Palin speak with Limbaugh yesterday I realized this woman has less intelligence than I thought. She almost appears as though she is the Presidential canidate not McCain. She stated "I have nothing to lose". Well I hope McCain agrees with you as you have alot to lose.

McCain picked her as VP runner to rally the base and reach out to the female "Hillary" voters, this has not occured. She is way out of her league and also incites anger more than any other candiadate out there during rallies.
