From NBC's Abby LivingstonEarlier today, we mentioned that Louisiana Gov.
Bobby Jindal, one of the GOP's rising stars, would give the Republican response to Obama's address to Congress on Feb. 24.
With a massive audience after the president’s delivery, this response might seem like an ideal perch to move on to bigger and better things.
