Downballot: What happens next?

MINNESOTA: "Lawyers for Democrat Al Franken and Republican Norm Coleman delivered their closing arguments in the case Friday, but nobody knows when the judges will issue a ruling, which could come down in multiple parts. From there, further court action could keep the case going for weeks or months."

"Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) issued a statement saying the decision of the three-judge panel should be respected -- opening the door to seating Franken if the case is decided in his favor. 'The Minnesota court’s ruling deserves respect and five million citizens of Minnesota deserve full representation in the U.S. Senate as soon as possible,' Reid said. 'Norm Coleman wanted his day in court, and we respect that. He’s gotten seven weeks. We all await the outcome from the three-judge panel.'"

This thing has gone on waaaaaay too long.  Coleman should have some class and concede already, especially after the ruling comes out.
Yawn......
The longer Coleman drags this out, the more he is jeporadizing his chances of ever holding office in Minnesota again. Rumor has it that he's considering a run for the Governor. Isn't he under investigation?
In football, it's OK to throw the red flag and look at the instant replay. However, once the refs make a decision, it's just bad sportsmanship to keep harping about the call. Norm has received the replay, once this decision has been made, we need to move forward. To keep challenging the call is just being obstructionism.
NORM BELONGS ON RE-RUNS OF CHEERS!
