Palin urged to forge bond with Hillary?

Yet another seemingly bizarre Sarah Palin story. Politico's Martin reports that John Coale -- a wealthy Clinton donor, one-time Palin adviser, and husband to FOX's Greta Van Susteren -- urged Palin to use her PAC to help retire Hillary Clinton's campaign debt.

Coale's "broader aim, say Palin camp insiders, was to help Palin develop a relationship with the former first family that he thought could bolster the polarizing governor’s standing with Democrats and independents."

But Palin's folks decided against it. "Palin was amenable to getting acquainted with the Clintons but was skeptical of using her PAC to help the former first lady. She expressed concern to aides about Coale’s request that weekend and a few days later directed Meg Stapleton, an Alaska-based campaign aide, to tell Coale that she would not help retire Clinton’s debt."

So when does Hillary's campaign debt come due? Won't her and her husband have to pay that debt back at some point? People with credit card debt are cut no slack. Why does Hillary keep getting a pass on paying her bills?
This is obviously the "When Pigs Will Fly" story for the day from First Read.
Wasn't it John Coale that also recommended everyone buy GM stock last year?
Well they probably figured it would end up bringing her to New York and she'd be gang raped as promised by a prominent spokesperson for the liberal cause (Sandra Bernhard), and of course all the "progressive journalist" just giggled at the thought of that. Manhattan what a sewer...
"that John Coale -- a wealthy Clinton donor, one-time Palin adviser, and husband to FOX's Greta Van Susteren -- urged Palin to use her PAC to help retire Hillary Clinton's campaign debt."

This is really a WTF moment!  Silly Sarah was to be the RepubliKLAN answer to Hillarys' run...Democrats had and still have Hillary, RepubliKLANs have Silly Sarah.   Well, we know how that turned out!

Hillary is no fool! Beware of ReubliKLANs bearing gifts!

It no wonder that Greta Van Susteren has taken such a shine to the Palins. She interviewed Bristol, remember the abstinence...no it was the unrealistic abstinence quote, before she became a spokesmom for "family planning, morales and values poster girl". Greta you did a lousy job.

At the correspondence dinner, Greta was protective of Todd Palin (first dude), she didn't allow him to be questioned.

Now the HOOT now is John Coale attempting to get Palin to use her PAC to help retire Hillary's campaign debt. In other words they are attempting resulting to sucking up to Hillary, in order to use her name to sway her "supporters" in the next election! LOL, it will take more that dangling carrots to feed that mule! LOL
Odd as it seems I find myself agreeing with Palin. While she should get along with Hillary and can learn alot from Secretary Clinton, Governor Palin should not feel obligated in any way to giving any money from her PAC or any other source to Hillary Rodham Clinton.
Strange bed fellows indeed: Hillary and Sarah.  What Mr. Coale may not understand is that people who have donated money to Sarah may not want it to be given to Hillary.  Another dumb idea hits the wall. Splat!
Palin can't afford to piss off the Rushster,or Pat Bachanon, her two biggest cheerleaders.I'm sure the wingers from the two or three states that are still calling themself's GOPers, would not approve.Just saying the word Clinton or Polsio gets the wingers undie bunched. And we have seen how funny they walk when they are bunched!
ANOTHER MSNBC LIE ---

THIS LIE IS NOT NEW --- AND IT HAS LONG BEEN PROVEN TO BE FALSE & VICIOUS ---- SO WHY IS MSNBC REPEATING IT NOW?

TO HARM FOX'S GRETA VAN SUSTEREN.  THAT'S SICK!
I can imagine just how thrilled the contributors to Palin's PAC would be to know their money is going to help Hillary Clinton.   I somehow doubt they're fans of HRC.

WHOA!!!!!!! When has OBAMA been questioned closely by the media about ANYTHING and WHEN has he ever answered a question about his relationships with DOMESTIC TERRORISTS, CONVICTED FELONS and OUTSPOKEN RACISTS?!
Everytime he was asked a question about those things/people he either walked away from the microphones or said that the media "should ask questions about things that mattered"
PLEASE don't even try to act like Obama has faced up to tough questioning or given satisfactory answers to questions about his past and his associations.....because CLEARLY he hasn't.
And exactly what is Secretary Clinton's incentive to mentor Governor Palin?  Clinton needs Palin like a fish needs a car wash.  There are plenty of young democratic women to mentor, if that's Mrs. Clinton's goal.

Is this the real life, or is this just someone's fantasy dream ticket for 2012?
What's all this I'm hearing about bondage?  Good grief.

What's that you say?  Forging bonds?  You mean like to shore up my 401(k) account?  Now, that's more like it.

Never mind.
I can see both sides of this. On the one hand, why should Palin give her campaign to a competitor on the other team. On the other hand, without Clinton and women like her clearing the path, Palin would not be governor of any state.
And the goal is to have Hillary supporters feel grateful and support Palin?  Score one for Sarah Palin because this is just a dumb idea that makes no sense.  Hillary Clinton and Sarah Palin are polar opposites.  No amount of money from Palin would bring large numbers of Clinton advocates to support an ideology that is far right of their own views.

Anna Molly"

Silly Molly, none of them can seriously reduce her debt!!

The clintons should be held to the same bunkruptcy laws all of their subjects are now, madatory credit counseling, review of their income etc.  they HAVE the money to pay it, but won't be required to, unlike us serfs

welcome to changeville
ARE U' KIDDING ME?WHOA!!!!!!! When has OBAMA been questioned closely by the media about ANYTHING and WHEN has he ever answered a question about his relationships with DOMESTIC TERRORISTS, CONVICTED FELONS and OUTSPOKEN RACISTS?!

Hell no I am not. It is a fact, so get your drawls out of a wad and own it. LOL, try watching the news and watching the videos that cover the news stories. LOL
hahahahahahah what a way to get the left and right nut cases, hillary lovers and haters, palin fans and foes all excited, pounding fists. This is great stuff for talk radio. I don't listen  but can imagine the hours and hours it will give to the opinion makers of talk radio. I really don't care if it is a true or false story. It gave me a great laugh.
Anita...Alabama... say sit all in terms of what just came out of your mouth. Calm down and read a newspaper then learn to speak truth.
I'm not a fan of Sarah, I voted for Obama, but I agree she should not be giving money to Hillary...Hillary mismanaged her campaign funds. Sarah backers would have given their money directly to HRC's campaign fund if they wanted to help retire her debt.

Let Hillary pay back the money she mismanaged either on her own or with whichever supporters want to spend their money on it.
Hillary = Smart, stong, well-informed, confident, credible

Sarah = None of the above
Nothing odd about expecting someone who is quite capable of paying off her debt to do so on her own.  No one is going to pay off my debt for me, so the Clintons should pay off theirs on their own too.

Odd as it seems I find myself agreeing with Palin. While she should get along with Hillary and can learn alot from Secretary Clinton, Governor Palin should not feel obligated in any way to giving any money from her PAC or any other source to Hillary Rodham Clinton.

So where is the lie refuted?  Care to post a link?
Ha! mexed, I think you got it right.

Oh, the humanity....

This seems to be a poor attempt to compensate for Clinton contribution to 9/11 crisis.

Wrong.
This sounds pretty hoaky to me.  Why in the world would a smart person like Palin help a debt-burdened candidate from the opposition like Clinton.  Oh, I forgot, almost all of you MSNBC bloggers like Palin is stupid.  I guess I am writing on the wrong blog.  Anyway...
What makes anyone think that Clinton wants her help not to mention give her the benefit of her knowledge?

This is just silliness.
