About that bin Laden tape

Posted: Wednesday, June 03, 2009 1:59 PM by Domenico Montanaro

From NBC’s Andrea Mitchell
A senior U.S. official says they have listened to the bin Laden tape and are presuming it to be the al Qaeda leader -- authentic and current.

That said, it is not surprising that bin Laden would be issuing a tape in time to coincide with -- and try to undermine -- the president's trip.

Official also points out that for all the constant speculation about his being alive or dead, "there's never been a fake bin Laden tape."

Maybe the ORIGINAL bin Laden audio was machine generated,...that way the guy will live forever - bad kidneys and all.  With the intel we had going to Iraq in the first place, I wouldn't be surprised if the entire authentication process of this master terrorist was also suspect.

But hey, I tend toward conspiracy theories,...in the absence of any "proof" that I'm wrong, I will assume I am right.  (Even us Libbies can take a play from the RNC playbook).
Nice to to see NBC's Brian Williams has gotten with the program. There's video of him bowing to The Obama. Since when do we as a culture subserviently bow to anyone, let alone the president? Of course we know that many in the media are subservient to Obama. Someone has to carry his water for him, right?
Maybe cheney could go talk him to death since he couldn't catch him while he was playing darth vader
Obama and bin Laden have the same goal - to undermine the United States. They just go about it a little differently.

While Bin Laden is trying to undermine the president while he overseas, Mittens Romney is trying to do the same thing back home. To borrow a phrase from Boss Limbaugh, I hope they _both_ fail.
