Obama agenda: Peace, out?

Peace, out? “President Mahmoud Abbas of the Palestinian Authority, citing dismay over the progress of US-brokered peace initiatives, said yesterday that he does not want to run for reelection when his term ends in January, potentially upending the Obama administrations strategy for the region. But advisers and analysts said it was possible he was merely venting frustration over a dialogue with the United States and Israel that has undercut him politically without any marked progress toward the creation of a Palestinian state. I do not wish to run for the upcoming presidential elections, the 74-year-old leader said. This decision is not for negotiation or maneuver.”

OUR WEAK PRESIDENT OBAMA HAS NO CLOUT.
When in doubt, drop out.
No he is right this strip is being a problem for Israel and his Country and doesn't want to bring futher problems on the United States we need to look at some of these old arrangement with these Rogue you know like Palin Nation's and if some of you are worrying about President Obama's job just think about all you heard out of Palin and then sorry senator McCain but you to at least on the economy she knew nothing and since you never really showed the de-programming mentality you and her would have had us fighting all over the world and never to be trusted again if the guy decide that fine we might not know what he really has seen coming ,just don't forget wwe are just supporting freedom but not at the cost of American lives for allies nor greed and power I think Cheney and crew proves what come from that nothing but arms deals see he worked with Ollie and Noreaga also.Oh some of us have opinons too and not easily brained washed.
So there are some who think the POTUS is to control the world. Other world leaders are to bow at the mere mention of his royal name. Now for the reality...We deal with whomever they put in office. We don't rule the world. As leaders change so will strategies. Maybe if we stopped kissing Israeli ars we could get farther. We don't have to throw them under the bus but at least put pressure on them to abandon the settlements in Gaza and to allow the Palastinaians their own country. After all it was from Palestine that Israel was formed back in 1947. Israel has proven to be a feisty little country quite able to defend herself. While they need our help we should not be contoling as much as we do. Let her go and stand on her own feet. Like any benevolant parent we must admonish Israel when she does something that does not promote peace in the region. Israel is as guilty as andy of the Arab states of creating stress and turmoil in the Middle East. If we are going to admonish Syria, Jordan, or the Palestinian Authority than we must do the same to Israel.
