It is time to take a closer look at Clinton supporters. They are not driven by personal ambition at the expense of the needs of the people. They do not aspire to sacrifice American citicens for personal political gain. They are not inflicted with a shortage of integrity.

Most know the pain of the 12 years of Reagan and Bush I and appreciated the relief provided by the 8 years of Bill Clinton, the candidate elected as a "centrist." It is not their fault that Bill Clinton, to be a "centrist," sometimes sold out on important issues while standing firm on less significant matters.

Clinton supporters are passionate about moving beyond the latest edition of Bush dynasty, including the prospective Bush extension offered by McCain. Early in this election process, they selected who they reasonably believed would be the person most likely to overturn Bush oriented control over American government. They became enthusiastic about their support of their chosen candidate. Their facts were a bit off the mark, but not their passion and not their motives. They deserve respect.

What kind of reaction is Mrs. C receiving on the trail? Just curious since, basically, the nation has (either gleefully, or somewhat sadly) written her off? Surely folks in WV (and KY and OR) are as tuned in as anyone else? Curious as to what the sense 'on the ground' is...will the sense that 'it's over' suppress turnout? Or sort of spur folks in these states to hop on the bandwagon?

It's time for everyone to face the truth. Barack Obama has no real chance of winning the national election in November at this time. His crushing defeat in Pennsylvania, and loss in Indiana makes that fact crystal clear. His best, and only real chance of winning in November is on a ticket with Hillary Clinton as her VP.

Sen. Obama has zero chance of winning against the republican attack machine, and their unlimited money, and resources without Hillary Clinton. Zero chance.

It is absolutely essential that the democrats take back the Whitehouse in November. America, and the American people are in a very desperate condition now. And the whole World has been doing all that they can to help keep us propped up.

Hillary Clinton say's that the heat, and decisions in the Whitehouse are much tougher than the ones on the campaign trail. But I think Sen. Obama faces a test of whether he has what it takes to be a commander and chief by facing the difficult facts, and the truth before him. And by doing what is best for the American people by dropping out of the race, and offering his whole hearted assistance to Hillary Clinton to help her take back the Whitehouse for the American people, and the World.

Sen. Obama is a great speaker. And I am confident he can explain to the American people the need, and wisdom of such a personal sacrifice for them. It should be clear to everyone by now that Hillary Clinton is fighting her heart out for the American people. She has known for a long time that Sen. Obama can not win this November. You have to remember that the Clinton's have won the Whitehouse twice before. They know what it takes.

If Sen. Obama fails his test of commander and chief we can only hope that Hillary Clinton can continue her heroic fight for the American people. And that she prevails. She will need all the continual support and help we can give her. She may fight like a superhuman. But she is only human.

Don't be fooled by the pledged delegate, and math arguments. Neither candidate has the necessary pledged delegates. The entire delegates counts, and votes from Florida, and Michigan are not even being counted. Plus the democratic caucuses, and primarys have been heavily corrupted by fraud, and vote cheating. The only relevant question now is who can best WIN IN NOVEMBER and take back the Whitehouse for the American people. And the answer is HILLARY CLINTON. Everyone knows that now.

A thought that I am surprised not to have yet seen in print: Everyone makes much of the fact, although a generic polls shows Democrats trouncing Republicans, the actual candidates are nearly tied in head-to-head match-up. But, the Obama vs. McCain (and Hillary vs. McCain) polls certainly reflect the sentiments shown in other polls -- namely, that Obama supporters are resistent to Hillary and Hillary supporters are resistent to Obama. Surely some of McCain's support in the general election match-ups results from this phenonenon. And, nevertheless, he is behind. Assuming the almost certain Obama vs. McCain match-up in the Fall, even if only a quarter of the Hillary supporters who currently say they won't vote for Obama end up changing their minds and supporting the Illinois senator, that would likely result in at least a ten point surge in the polls for Obama -- and he is leading McCain by a few points already. The same analysis applies to state-by-state match-ups, especially in swing states.

Sorry to be "snippy", but I am quite offended by her racial comments. I am a hardworking, white, female (over 40) who did NOT vote for her. I feel she will say anything to get elected. For example, what happened to her gas tax holiday? That just evaporated with her loss in NC and near-loss in IN. She has her mother, something that a lot of people can't say (including Obama), yet she takes Mother's Day to campaign in a state with 28 delegates? She should be embracing this time with your loved ones, your mother. It's really sad, and its even more sad that her supporters actually accuse Obama of all sorts of misdeeds, then accuse Obama supporters of being hateful?

They don't care about US casualties in Iraq, they don't care of the appointment of ultra conservative judges to the supreme court, and they don't care about the tax cuts made permanent to the top 1% income people. I have been studying this man in both words and actions for four years and I am puzzled and disturbed by your vitriol. Where does this kind of hate come from?
