Lend me your ears. How much of a shame it has become that the leader of the free world decides to wage war on his own country.

To land in a foreign country and blast negative comments towards another part of it's own government.

This is admonition in the worst form; some could wonder if it's treason. Will, maybe that's a bit too far...but yet one can think about it.

Then I think to myself ..what a mess the attackers of 911 has created. The terrorists has already won.

They used two weapons - planes and fear. Their purpose as far as I knew, they wanted to strike the symbols of our might. WTC and the Pentagon...Financial Power and Military Might.

Their goal was for our destruction and to destroy our way of life.

They are accomplishing that; but not by themselves, but with the help and the mighty power of fear.

It was fear that caused the Republican Party to strip us of how liberties; it was fear that caused them to wage war on 1 country and then another.

It was fear that caused this administration to ease drop on it's our people...to develop the Patriot Act has an excuse to quail and prevent any Patriotic American from spreading the truth and the nasty well of the GOP.

Fear was used as the weapon by the GOP to monopolies the oil prices; thereby the gas and food prices...then there is greed. The terrorist knows who greedy we can become. so the GOP continued to use fear, to use as a calices to change, create or ignore laws that would or would not benefit the GOP and it's base

No terrorist organization...caused millions in our country not to have healthcare. Nor, did they cause the gas and food prices to go up. Nor did they misled us and lie to us. Nor did they take our liberties, nor did they create Abdu Grub (the terrorist prison) nor did they allow hundreds of thousands to lose their home; tens of thousands to lose their jobs, nor did they invade a country and are responsible for thousands of death.. Nor did they cause the deficit to break records and will become a liability to our children and their children.

Nor did the overstretch our military and caused them to be weaker more than ever before;

There are plenty more the GOP has done to this country that the terrorist had nothing to do with (in the first person sense).

YOU THINK ABOUT IT....THE GOP has become in a funny sort of way the Terrorist’s WAR MACHINE...the terrorist are winning; by using U.S. against U.S. NOW. the GOP still wants to use "fear" for the next 4 years to continue us down this same road of destruction designed and planned by the people that we think are our enemy.

It’s time for American to end this fight; we need to vote a Democrat in every governmental office of the land.

It is interesting how Bush's statement resonates accross America. It is more interesting on the reactions.

Bush was pandering to the Israelis. He did so by eluding to the world's appeasement policy toward Germany. In fact, Bush twisted it around to use terrorism as another wedge issue, tighten the common bonds with Israel and imply the Democrats are weak. It was really a slight jab but certainly a moniker of the way Bush has governed over the last 7 years.

Democrats reacted swiftly and forcefully because it was a clear example of Bush's ham-fisted diplomacy. His statement was also a poigniant reminder how his administration exploited terror as a wedge issue. It's an honest reaction to a president with such low approval ratings.

And certainly as the Democratic primaries wind to a close, everyone is on pins and needles waiting for the nasty mud-slinging to begin. Perhaps this was a spark that played into everyone's anticipation.

In retrospect ...As much as I dislike saying --Pres. Bush has a point. I say an interview with Sen. Obama where he was asked who he might consider as a foreign policy advisor, and his reply was instant!

He stated "I know enough about foreign policy that I do not need to have an entire council of foreign advisors." I thought to myself, this is a person who really needs to have much more experiance in the political relm!!!

First, the GOP has to stop thinking that the American people are stupid. Bush's staff members was observed yesturday stating that Bush's comments was aimed at Obama. Stop the innocent, I did not say that, bologna. It insults my intelligence. Second, diplomacy does not equate appeasement. Talking to our enemies is what Reagan did with USSR, Nixon with China and JFK with the cuban missile crisis. Diplomacy has always been the cornerstone of U.S. foreign policy. Third, it is hypcrotical of Bush to say that the U.S. does not speak to terrorists when he has spoken to the dictator of North Korea. Gates and Condi Rice have stated that the U.S. needs to have direct talks with Iran and negotiate. Fourth, the lack of diplomacy is what got the U.S. in Iraq and has not captured the person responsibile for 911 which is Bin Laden and his group Al Queda. We are not safer when Al Queda is reforming and stronger than ever and Bin Laden has not been captured.

Oh, give me a break! The Bush White House, the most calculated bunch of scoundrels in the history of the United States, has never released a statement without the utmost intent at secondary impact. They may have miscalculated the response (Terry Shiavo), but they have always had the hidden agenda up their sleeve like helping to place the (state)Constitutional amendment opposing gay marriage on 11 state ballots in 2004 in order to turn out the religious right vote, to defeat John Kerry. The Rovian machine is alive and well, whether in flesh or spirit and nothing, and I mean nothing, is said or done by the Bush White House, without the hidden agenda. Well... do I really need to answer this? Isn't it obvious?

First, President Bush stood in front of Knesset on the 60th Anniversary of Israel and mentioned one of the most evil men in history, Hitler. And why did our President do this? If it wasn't for political reasons, then it was entirely crude.

Second, President Bush stood in front of Knesset in Israel and delivered what looks like to everyone a political jab at the Democratic presumtive nominee. Traditionally, our politicians do NOT campaign on foreign soil. I suppose this is why the White House is spinning so hard trying to tell us President Bush's remarks were simply thoughtlessly crude rather than crudely and improperly political.

Third, Senator McCain jumped right on President Bush's comments and tried to throw them (again) at Senator Obama. In Senator McCain's defense at least he was on American soil when he made these political comments, unlike our President.

Bush wants to define situations in terms of good and evil. The American public, the media, and everyone else has let this go on. NO ONE has called him on it.

There is no such thing as good and evil. Total BS. To think that we are more righteous as a nation or group of people will be our downfall. It is not the fact that we have a strong Christian backgound to our nation, but our actions.

Our actions of late do not make us righteous at all. We should be ashamed of what we have done during this administration.

Bush, as usual, hasn't a clue. You do not speak in front of a foreign legislative body and condemn your opposition party and it's candidates. If Gordon Brown were to do this in front of our Congress, he'd lose a "No Confidenced" vote in Westminster and he should.
