It is good to have some positive news about Senator Kennedy. He has our prayers.

Most Americans felt they were cheated by the November, 1963, assasination of President John Kennedy. I know I did, and I still do.

Were the Kennedy years really Camelot? Could he really have accomplished what we thought he could? Not without us, at least.

That is what I remember best about the Kennedy years. That is when we Americans really believed in the future we could build.

Barack Obama does not pretend he can do it by himself. His campaign, his candidacy, is about us, for us, by us. He asks us to participate with him. Our response to him, including over 1 1/2 million contributors, shows that we can and we will.

With Barack Obama, we can believe in our future again.

Senator Kennedy endorsed Senator Obama because of what he has in common with President Kennedy. Senator Obama is fully counting on the presence, participation and, of course, the health of Senator Kennedy. We all are. May God be ever present.

I wish Sen. kennedy a swift recovery. I've gotta say, this doesn't help McCain. Kennedy is 76, McCain 71. McCain's health is certainly an issue. Those voting for McCain had better look closely at his VP. When (and if) McCain releases (and he should) any medical information, I'd be more interested in his mental condition - short term memory loss?? Alzhimer's???.
How about this? Can we have the candidates' I.Q.s released? Please? And just for a hoot, let's find out what Bush's I.Q. is. Pretty low, I'd guess.

Read that Sen. Kennedy has been talking and joking with family. My first political history memory is the Kennedy/Nixon race. We were for Kennedy and my best friends parents were for Nixon but that never got in the way of the usual friendly backyard BBQs in those days. People my age feel as though we grew up with the Kennedy's. All the best to our lion in the Senate and the whole Kennedy family.

We are praying for Senator Kennedy. We love him and admire his work. We like the fact that he is fair and has learned from the mistakes he's made and has been humble enough to acknowledge his humanity. Unlike many politicians currently in office, he has worked with his colleagues and accomplished many great things. The Republicans as exemplified by the last 8 years notwithstanding having done such dis-service to our country and the constitution. Mr. Bush and his ilk could take a course out of the Kennedy book on how to govern and lead the nation.

well i hope sen kennedy will be ok my prayers are with him and his family i just read this in a article wrote on msnbc [Obama advisers said they believe that most of Clinton's female supporters will come their way eventually and won't throw their backing to Republican John McCain.] well i think his advisers better think again we Hlliary supporter have a mind of our own and will vote the way we want some may vote obama but a lot of us will vote mccaine and alot will just stay at home thats our choice to make not obama advisers and to me this year has been like the rest in the past peoples votes dont count just a few electeds do not the majoritys and in my 60 yr i have yet to see a honest election for any office weather it be for mayor are president or senator or gov all the same and like alot of the women in that articl i would love to see a women president in my life time but until the way we elect a president nomanee changes and all votes be counted and all states be counted and do away with these delagates and supper delegates and have the winner take all in each state like the rep do that will never happen
