I would hope that the Iraq war would take center stage in the upcoming election.

Robt. Byrd understood something very fundamental in 2002 - that we are a democracy - that we have the right to speak up against any Administration at anytime - but most importantly - when we are faced with the question of war.

No one - no one - had to vote for this invasion.

All he asked back then was that our government step back a moment and THINK.

I've come to the conclusion that the only reason HRC is still in this race is to attempt to minimize the debt her campaign is in. I just don't understand how someone can have $100million dollars to campaign with and end up $20million in the hole and working class people would support such antics.

One thing that's running this Democrat Party's candidate selection process are the so-called elite party members plotting behind the scene to put a Candidate-on-training-wheels in the White House and not listening on what the majority of the people want. This way, they can BS with their preferred candidate once he is in office and being a newbie president, he is naive to know heads or tails of what his cabinet will be talking about (his cabinet/party has greater old politics experience than him) which will end up in failed policies driving this nation deeper into the mud. Sounds familiar? Yup, this is what happened to the G W Bush administration whose 'experienced' cabinet are running the entire nation (Rumsfield, Cheney, etc.).
