Yes, I've definitely noticed this. You could add Clinton's numerous appearances on FOX as well.

Maybe something is afoot here. When Johnson signed the Voting Rights Act of 1964, he lost the white Democrats in the South. When Nixon used the so-called Southern Strategy in the 1960s to get elected, he drew white voters who were anxious about the riots of the era. I wonder if Hillary is now going to use charges of sexism and the violation of her civil rights to encourage white women to join a Republican Party that has seemingly embraced her. It would be a kind of comeuppance to the Democrats she perceives as having ruined her chances for the nomination.

The more I think about this, the clearer it is becoming that Hillary will not pass the Obama "Vetting procces". First there is the Paul V Clinton trial that will start after the first of the year (2009). Then there are the questions, Where did the Clintons get their money $109 Million. Then it is Who contributed to the Clinton Library? Then Bill will not be able to collect the large sums of money for speaking engagements. This is a very bad start for the Obama Presidency. Hillary supports, please google on Paul v Clinton so you know what I am talking about. That will really get ugly.

I believe both Barack and Hillary separately can beat McOld and in a sense this is the superbowl. Unfortunately there will be a loser and it looks like Hillary. She will not pass the vetting test.

Two of Edwards pledged delegates endorsed Obama today.

And one Oregon superdelegate just endorsed Obama.

Obama today +5, Clinton -1

Only 56 more delegates needed by Obama for the nomination.

I think this is where the Clinton camp should have been much more careful in making their case for the nomination.

First saying only she and McCain had the credentials to be Commander-in-Chief. Then saying she'd be the nominee if the GOP rules were in play. Now giving credibility to Karl Rove's "analysis" to validate her candidacy.

This is why many think she'll say or so anything to win. It certainly looks bad, when the fact is that she has a better case to make that doesn't rely on sounding like a Republican.

also MSNBC: please please note that the popular vote totals cited are NOT the most inclusive. They exclude several caucus states where pop vote totals aren't officially released - like WA. There's no doubt the Clintons, like most Democrat, hate Karl Rove, but his map about the Electoral College is probably right on.

Even Tim Russert's map in March didn't show Obama picking up any red states in spite of Obama's claims.

Obama has a shot in VA b/c it's been trending blue in the last 3 years and has a large black population. He's got very little chance in Colorado b/c of its Hispanic population, which not only loves McCain but resents Obama. Missouri is also an uphill battle b/c of its large blue-collar population.

Blacks & young voters don't help in the Electoral College.

This election is about Ohio, PA, and Florida. The demographics in these states have resoundingly rejected Obama, and if he can't beat McCain in these 3 states, he'll lose, simple as that.

Senator Obama seems to be the only candidate that's left in the race that speaks what he feels instead of what is politically expedient.

The solution: Count FL votes as they stand. Count MI giving Clinton her votes and Obama the uncommitted votes. Penalize both states for breaking the rules and count their delgates .5, like the overseas delegates. That way the election still follows the The election still follows the will of the people and votes aren't completely discarded.

Get it over with, and offer Senator Clinton a deal to be Sec. of HHS or Senate Majority Leader. A party divided will not stand, time to move the focus on to McCain in the General Election

Why does "Warmonger" McCain hate soldiers and veterans so much? Once as a young woman I was in a chess tournament. The young man I was playing was really better than me, but I got some lucky breaks. The team waiting for our game to finish (so they could challenge the winner) watched and waited for the game to end.
