Yeah Chuck, you and the entire MSN has been reporting a "Flood" of delegates to Obama for months now. So far it hasn't happened.
What the Obamanites forget is all the Supers can pledge and change their minds at anytime. This will go all the way to convention when the Superdelegates will make someone the official candidate. Hillary will announce that she will suspend her campaign and she will be at the convention for the voting. I am sure of it.

After this epic battle, it would be an absoulute shame to deny Obama the right to address this nation tomorrow evening as the first African American Nominee for President. I understand the respect for Mrs. Clinton despite the fact she is still attempting to use fuzzy math to diminish his victory, however there must be a feeling of respect and appreciation for what Obama has accomplished here that should outweigh that respect.

Hillary could go a long way to unite us if she would suspend tomorrow night and endorse him prior to his speech.

I keep hearing about this "flood" I heard it after Iowa, I heard it before Ohio and Texas, I heard it after, Pennsylvania and again in Indiana after that Clinton delegate switched and West Virginia and Kentucky. Oh and after the DNC made its decision this weekend, oh and after Clinton's lopsided victory in Puerto Rico.

I wonder if the polls and Obama's weak showing and Clintons strong showing in contest after contest has put a finger in that Dike that has all these superdelegates making up this "mythical" flood?

It sounds to me like Obama is worried he may lose some already pledged delegates to Clinton, Now if that happens, you will see a flood but it wont be for Obama.

By the convention Obamas numbers against McCain will be so bad the supers will be switching to Clinton right and left. He "may", "eventually" , get enough numbers,in teh meantime, but until theose supers VOTE at the convention, he hasnt WON anything. Its all about politics, things change on the ground every day between now and the convention.Obama supports shouldnt build that Ark just yet.

This is all speculation. If that does happen, a large announcement of superdelegates, then it could be over before all the votes are counted in Montana and South Dakota. There might be a nominee before the end of June. I would also note that some Clinton supporters (possibly Clinton herself) would argue that she should stay in since super delegates can change their minds between now and the convention.

Big whoop! Clyburn's "undeclared" status has been the biggest joke since South Carolina. Seriously, if you are going to back a candidate, do it [a la Ted Kennedy]. If you are going to remain undeclared for political considerations, then don't let your commentary point the way for you in neon lights. How ridiculous can these two be? As for Obama's supers, he's been promising a "flood" for over a moth & the best we've seen is "drip, drip." The bottom line that NO commentator has pointed out is that although he's been ahead for a long time and will win the nomination it will not be because he won the full compliment of elected delegates. Like clinton, he still at this late date needs superdelagates. How many Presidential nominations were won by superdelegates? You bet he's limping across the finish line.

If you are a news junkie by now you have tied this story with another one coming out of CNN. CNN reports up to 17 Senators are ready to back Obama soon, possibly tomorrow. Which when tied to this story of 18 House members declaring add up to 35 total possible tomorrow. Expect this to happen before the polls close in Montana so that the headline will read "Montana vote puts Obama over the top" which is better than having the Super Delegates do it on Wednesday.
