I really believe Obama should take-up McCain's townhall challenge, but I don't think it should be 10 townhalls. That is over-doing it a bit. I think 3 or 5 is sufficient. Afterall, Obama has A LOT of groundwork to accomplish. Obama needs to roll-up his sleaves and go door-to-door introducing himself to voters, especially the so-called "working-class White voters". He cannot do this if he is having all of these townhall meetings. I have hope that Obama will crush McCain in the townhalls.

That mean old man, stood up there, Tuesday night, and through his dog grin, announced that Obama's nomination, was 'given' to him by the pundits, and party elders!

Obama was right to smack McCain in the mouth, Tuesday night, for not being willing to acknowledge his accomplishments!

Just like he voted against the Martin Luther King Holiday. This proves that all of his apologetic rhetoric, down in Memphis on the anniversary of MLK's assassination, was a filthy, pandering lie.

Those of you giving him kudos for 'showing up' that day were too eager to trust John the Mchardhearted.

First let me say this " Thank you Hillary Clinton for a hard fought campaign against my candidate, You are a true fighter and an asset to the Democratic Party."There have been many bitter words between Obama supporters and Clinton supporters , heck we had two damn great candidates. Since Hillary is about to concede and endorse Obama I pray that her supporters will think about the facts . 1) Obama and Hillary have very close ideas , that is why it was such a close race. 2) Voting for John McBush is like voting for Bush , and now he says if he wins he will go for 8 yrs versus 4 yrs. 3) You find that the Maverick that John McBush used to be until until 2000 has vanished. He is in lockstep with Bush policies.

I hope that McCain will try to be as honorable as he claims he will but I doubt it. His speak pose and grin is down right creepy looking. If you wonder who he looks like think Dana Carveys Turtleman in the dumb movie Master of Disguise.

Once again time to unite the Democrats .

As an Independent, I must confess that I sent a total of $358.00 to Senator Obama's campaign this year. I did so after he fared so well on Super Tuesday and the "inevitable" candidate Hillary Clinton was being held in check. Knowing how many states he can put into play this year will prompt me to sent him another $500.00 so he can continue to bring young people into the process. The more people (especially the young ones) that get involved, the better off we all are. I can't wait to see the contrasts between the two Senators and I hope the entire country stays involved. Let the race for the White House begin and congratulations Mr Obama on your historic nomination. As a 55-year-old man I never thought I would see this day in American politics and it makes me proud.

So the money is what worries the McCain party.It's going to be a long 5 months for the repubs.Where are all there big money players,are they giving to Obama?So the Bomber has a problem with groups of more then a couple Hundred! If he wants Obama to do this he will have to get use to the fact that Thousands of his supporters will show up.I saw the rope line at the bombers event the other day.There was about 50 people and only one deep.You all saw the rope at the Obama event,people standing twenty deep, hands of all colors mixed together, hands just wanting to shake his hand.
