SO why do I care what CLINTONS are doing. Only concern at this point that while they are on their "speaking" trips they are promoting our Presidential Candidate Senator Barack Obama?????? And just to state a fact. I can guarentee you all if Hillary had won the nomination NONE OF YOU WOULD BE ATTEMPTING TO FORCE OBAMA ON HER. Did HRC and some of her staff work my last nerve's nerve throughout this campaign process? Absolutely.

Am I a staunch Obama supporter? You better believe it.

However, I don't see the need to tear down a celebration between Sen. Clinton and her staff as a way to show their appreciation of one another and all that they've been together these last 17 months. I think this last hurrah should be shown some respect because it comes at a time when many of these folks are likely hurting and feeling deeply disappointed as would anyone who has put their heart and soul into something only to not see the dreamed for outcome emerge. I would be upset if the shoe were on the other foot and people were yapping unkindly about Sen. Obama showing his gratitude and thanks to his staff for a job well done if the shoe were on the other foot.

People are trying to cope with all of this in their own way and I don't see how anyone trying to blow off steam, share some laughs, memories and smiles at a barbeque is cause for anyone's critcism. These people are also our fellow democrats and deserve respect for that alone. We can't change what did or didn't happen but we can all start treating each other with the same dignity we claim to be fighting for in restoring this country to greatness again. Just a thought.
