I don't see how the RNC can keep relying on "he'll raise taxes!" scare tactic. How often does the average person really think about their taxes? Personal choices, far more than anything politicians will do, affect our personal taxes. Even if Obama wanted to raise taxes on individuals (which he vehemently does not) it could only be a percent or two before he would lose support. He wants to remove the tax breaks for the rich that Bush implemented. Removing temporary tax cuts should be something that you have planned for. If the tax cuts applied to you and you weren't smart enough to see they weren't permanent then you are obviously not well aquatinted with your money and won't miss it when its gone.

These so called “superdelegates” of the party failed their constituents miserably. They chose “change” with no experience over “change” with experience. You lack the vision and the wisdom to do anything other than pat your own pockets and run from the truth---for shame. Your actions have forced many of us centralist democrats to seek alliance with the moderate conservative wing of the Republican Party.
I do not speak for all Hillary supporters, though I do hope I speak for many of them when I say to the party…. you have failed us---you have failed Hillary, and you will once again fail to win the White House, and because of your failure---the party WILL pay a high price. I watched and listen to Hillary ask her supporters to now throw their support to Obama, for the sake of the party. Hillary is a loyalist to the party---why, I’m not sure.
I respect Hillary tremendously, however the party and the process did her wrong and this cannot stand. YES THIS WILL BE A PROTEST VOTE, a vote against the DNC-you need to clean your act up and remember your core constituents, because “Yes We Can” make a difference. I am not afraid of McCain, he does not represent 4 more years of Bush---no one could possibly be that stupid. I believe him to be a man of honor who will do his best for this country and its people that he cares deeply for, and for that reason I will place my hope with him.

(It must be hard work carrying around that humongous brain of his) She had no plan after Super Tuesday, She allowed Obama to run off 11 victories in a row. She did not contest in the caucus states. While she finished very strong, I believe that if she had run her campaign from the beginning as she did for the last 2 months, there would not be any discussion. So, to face facts, Obama ran an very good strategic campaign. We need to unite around Obama. We have gas at over $4.00 a gallon, almost 400,000 jobs lost this year alone, 1 million homes in or facing foreclosure. Thankfully my wife and I both have jobs. If either of us lose our jobs, we will have a very hard time and may end up as a statistic. I have 3 young children whom I worry about their future every night I tuck them in. Throughout this long, exhausting, but in the end rewarding primary process I’ve come to the conclusion that one word sums up exactly why Hillary Clinton did not become our nominee. Not because of media bias (which still gives me the biggest chuckle), not because of overt sexism (not saying it wasn’t apart of some aspects of the process but no more so than the racism that reared its ugly head too), not because she was “cheated” or “robbed” as some claim as their excuse for denouncing Sen. Obama’s nomination, etc. Nope. None of these explanations are more clear to me than the obvious…KARMA.

Yep…that good old “you reap what you sow” adage that provides us with the consequences that affect our lives both good and bad.

I sat, listened, and watched day after day, week after week, as did millions of other voters/supporters of both Clinton and Obama to what was being said and done to gain the nomination by these two candidates. Did Sen. Obama make mistakes? Hell yes! Some of his own doing and others at the hands of fear mongers and propaganda hounds who do not know anything but to fight for greed and attempt to bludgeon with lies for fear that their own inadequacies will come into question. Deflect and attack are their mottos of choice. This too at some point became Sen. Clinton’s biggest liability in my opinion as I watched her “throw the kitchen sink”, become frustrated with the hype that gave it life, and then settled back as KARMA came to right the situation time and time again.

I personally have nothing against Sen. Clinton personally. She is formidable in many ways and I do not begrudge her having gained the support of the many voters whom embrace her some to the point of fanaticism something that can be found in any candidate’s mass of supporters. But I did take note that every time Sen. Clinton decided she wanted to “take it there” and was egged on by the media, Bill, her supporters, etc. how I began to find myself less and less angry by her antics simply because I would tell myself…”Just wait…this is going to come back to bite Hillary in the behind.” And each and every time something that was said or done that was “below the belt” such was the outcome. Then came the blame and excuses on sexism, the media, etc. with no responsibility taken for the consequences of one’s own actions.

So for those Clinton supporters still bitter, still clinging to writing-in her name or planning on charging the convention with chants of Denver, or vowing to give the presidency to McCain out of spite against Obama personally without much regard for their own self-interests and that of their family and children as Democrats if they do just remember…KARMA.

I am a voter without a party affiliation and will not vote for Obama. He is far too liberal and is backed by the liberal wing of the democratic party. This tells me that he will try to take this country too far to the left. He also, as I see it, stands to be indicted due to Rezco. He is a Chicago politician and is an intimate of the Daley machine. He has sidestepped issues instead of answering questions pertaining to those issus, he is only capable of answering those questions when reading from a script. This tells me that he is not to be trusted.
He sat in a church for 20 years along with his wife and children where the preacher taught hatred of other races. This shows a lack of good judgement.
His comments about white, rural America being bitter and clinging to their guns and religion as well as calling his grandmother a "typical white woman" show elitist and racist attitudes.
When he says that he was poor, he is flat out lying. His grandmother was an officer in a bank.
He took drugs as a teenager and young adult. This shows a history of bad judgement. How can he be a good role model for our children?
These are the reasons that I will not vote for Obama.

I would have voted for Hillary Clinton, but the powers-that-be within the DNC, after practically promising her the nomination, decided that they would rather ruin the democratic party's chances this fall and back a loser.

Instead, I will vote for McCain (my first time voting republican) as he is actually more middle-of-the-road than Obama.
