Careful with picking Crissie Dodd. Seems Mr. Dodd, along with other Democratic Senators, got some sweet heart loan deals from their lenders for some subprime mortgages with nice terms mere mortals just cannot get. This would be a huge story with the mortgage mess the way it is, but of course these are Democrats, so its getting sweeped under the rug.

Bobby Jindal has some problems. He believes in teaching creationism in school and has also told the story of how he helped with a exorcisim in college. That may take him out of the play. I'm not sure how many American's would agree with either of those issues. I for one consider it kinda nutty.

Is Pelosi just making the announcement for the Obama campaign or what?????
This woman is making herself a little too self-important if she is adding names to a list that isn't even hers.
I realize being House speaker makes her a significant player in the Democratic Party, but the VP choice should be Sen. Obamas, NOT hers.

This is exactly what the American people are tired of. Partisan politics, insider deals, "good old boy" horsetrading, ect....

This repulses me almost as much as Sen. Obama asking me to help retire Sen. Clintons irresponsible campaign debt.
If you don't have the money... don't spend it. I wish I could do like the politicians and spend on whatever I want and worry about the debt later.
In OUR world (average working people) it doesn't work that way.

Hillary Clinton might be a heck of a nice woman in private but what I've seen on tv, there's something I just can't connect with. I'm kind of leaning to the lanky Obama kid but putting Hillary Clinton on the ticket with him is the kiss of death. John McCain could be a Howdy Doody puppet and win if Clinton's on there. I get around and I don't know anyone that likes her. By the way I'm just about as impressed with Howdy Doody as I am McCain. The GOP of Eisenhower, Goldwater, Kemp, etc....where have you gone? It will be good to see Bush's backside heading to Texas in January no matter what happens. What an embarrassment.
