John, did you forget that this is the Bush/Roberts supreme court, made up of more conservatives than liberals. They made a decision, which many/most Americans would disagree with. But it is an incredible leap of bad judgement to predict how any new supreme court members would vote. You just don't know that.

I am seeing signs of dementia here. Some saw the early signs with Reagan, and they are here also. That is a fact. You will see these signs in the debate as John will have trouble adjusting to different topics.

On the one hand, John McCain thinks Obama was right to criticize the SCOTUS ruling; on the other hand, he says that the decision, with which he's just acknowledged Obama disagreed, is emblematic of -- wait for it -- Obama-ism! So, according to Sen. McCain's screwy logic here, Obama will appoint justices to the Supreme Court with whom he disagrees ideologically. Yuh-huh. Gotcha, John.

Go DNC,...while you're at it, could you point out the many and varied hypocrisies, including the Webb/McCain GI Bill. Why on earth are they getting a pass on this?

By McCain's standards, he should abandon any illusion of a platform, surround himself by cronies and then just completely sit back and lie and take credit for everything right (and I meant the double entendre). And then just hammer away at anything that isn't working as a failed Democratic strategy. well john McCain i'm sure the sheriff association was real happy about the latest decision from the supreme court which made all there jobs harder and more dangerous, you were very happy that people in major citys may or will have to opportunity to own and maybe carrie hand guns!!! instead of talking to the sheriffs association maybe you should speak to the chicago police or the new york police departments, i'm sure you will not get a warn reception. but you don't care about the city beat cop, the cop who puts his life on the line every time he stops some one!! all you care about is pandering and talking crap to get votes, but then again you have never lived where the violence is or cared much about it.
