Why is the media (first read included) blowing the Clark statement totally out of proportion. Both candidates must deal with statements and/or actions that are true. Clark's statement was true, only an idiot would say that graduating 8th from the bottom of a class, or proving to be a useless pilot who got shot down in enemy territory would be justification for being our president. American's need to know the truth about both candidates. If it isn't true, McCain, then elaborate on it. Clark was not being less than truthful, YOU, on the other hand are. If you cannot handle honest curriosity and/or criticism then admit it!
The media (First Read) needs to get more involved in McCain's mistakes, quit treating him with kid gloves.

I am so sick of McLame whining and trying to make a mountain out of a mole hill every other day. Shut up about it already. Clarke had the courage to say what is on a lot of Democrats minds and Obama belives in free speech. Newsweek says this is not a good topic to question although it is true, because Obama also does not have executive experience. I beg to differ, people need to wake up and relize that McCain is not as experienced as the Conventional Wisdom (ie Media) gives him credit for. I would take Obama's legislative and real world experience over McCain's anyday. Why? Because he earned his spot in the world. I'm not so sure the McCain did. He got their by family name, unfortunate/fortunate circumstance, and marrying into money (to the detriment of his first wife).

If not for McCain's POW status, a guy who left his first wife in the manner that McCain did would never have won the nomination. Just ask Mr. Guiliani

He has no character except that of a womanizing, social climber.
