The latest from John McCain giving credit to President Bush for the lower gas prices due to opening up protected land drilling. First I have not seen a significant drop( 3 cents).I believe that the drop is due to initial discussions going on with the Iranians on their nuclear tests and the fact a potential bill being pushed through congress to remove the Enron rule of gas speculation. Nice try John McCain but your view of why the gas prices are going down does not add up. Even yous buddy T. Boone Pickens says drilling will not get us out of this crisis.
