If Obama's people are reading.... you're getting killed. OF COURSE McCain is taking the low road. Have they studied politics for the last 40 years? They're taking the low road because it works. Complaing and whining about is not going to get Obama anywhere. Frankly, it makes Obama look like a sissy. He's got to hit McCain and hit him NOW or else Obama will go down in history with Dukakis, Mondale, and McGovern. I wanna see what Obama's learned from Chicago style politics.

Watched on CNN 360 yesteday people in a small town in MS being interviewed. Half still believed Obama was Muslim. Why? Just because they think so or because someone told them so, or because hey there pard'nr his name sure don't sound anglo saxon to me!

Now you see the kind of ignorance and down-right stupidity out there that Obama has to try and deal with.

Exxon makes a profit of 11 billion and it was announced today unemployment rate is up to 5.7%. There were 51,000 jobs cut in July with a total of 463,000 jobs lost so far this year. And we still have people wanting to support the Bush / McCain agendas. How sad.

Rather than talk about Paris Hilton and Brittany Spears, Obama is talking about real ISSUES about the economy, issues Mccant has already said he doesn't know much about. Where are McCain's ads about the ISSUES. The ISSUE is not Obama's celebrity or Obama's anything, unless it's Obama's views and policies. But we don't yet know what Mccain has to say about those, because he's too busy going offensively negative. Is Scarborough right for once, that the McCain camp is saying "We can't win, so let's tarnish his image and see if people will vote for us as a vote against Obama"? This desparation stuff is leading to really annoying attack ads that don't address any relevant issues.

I would think that it would since it could give the impression that Lugar might support Obama and wouldn't object to his presidency. If companies make a profit that demonstrates that the company is being managed properly and efficiently; I get the feeling the the BO supporters want to cap profits of US corporations. Much of the profit of these large cap companies go back into the economy in the form of dividends etc, and in many cases are owned by employee benefit plans such as 401(k). If we start to limit profits on US corporations where will you draw the line?

Sen Obama and all of his supporters might want to look at what a few BiPartisan congressmen are doing.
GEE developing an energy plan that encompasses multiple things including off shore drilling, nuclear, wind, solar, etc. And guess what the oil from
off shore drilling will help pay for the new technologies that we will need in the future. SHAME that Sen Obama could not cross the isle in the senate
and do the same thing.
